Rackspace have no respect for small businesses. They talk about Fanatical Support but I get much better support than all other hosts (except Fasthosts). It took them 2 days to restore a webpage from a back up. Ticket was flagged urgent. They cherry pick items from their T&Cs to avoid doing support.

They even cut off my server for owing them a very nominal amount, despite me paying them thousands over the past few years ... the final straw.

So happy to be with Heart Internet.

Been with Rackspace for many years and have recommended many customers and friends. Service used to be great which justified the higher cost of email. Over the last year the spam filtering service has gotten worse and worse to the point that attachments with virus' are let through on a daily basis. Tech support told me it would take too long to scan all attachments. So it is what it is, used to be a great company but now is subpar.

I have been working here since about 2.5 year. It is a cool place. Come and check out the slides. they have a big Jim, table tennis lots of other games. Its very open and nice place. library is really cool. The meeting rooms are decorated with different theme. They also have mini Golf.
Man coming here to work seems like coming to a nice place for having fun. Do not forget to enjoy the free Soda over here.

This company charged my credit card every month for 4 months. I asked why and they said I don t have an account. Again I was billed this time it s oh we set up an account but didn t put anything in it and billed you anyway. These people have zero clue as to what the billing department is doing.half the time you have to speak to 5 different people to get a simple yes or no question answered. It s sad because I loved rackspace until this unfortunate handling of an account that shouldn t have existed in the first place.

! Our cousin showed us around and it's a cool old mall that's been converted into commercial space. It is awesome. They have everything there! They have break areas they have an exercise room, they have meeting rooms they have a slide from one level down to the next. They have huge amounts of space, and they use it well. You ever have a chance to tour there all I can say is: definitely recommended!

As a developer I have worked with servers on the rackspace cloud many times and we continue to work with many. Compared to providers like AWS,Azure and Google Cloud, they have fewer infrastructure offerings and focus on servers, network, email and backup and there web based interface to their cloud is much simpler because of it.

When problems come up I have had to call their fanatical support , and I can vouch for them, they have great customer support! A knowledgeable person has answered the phone and been able to solve my problem in most cases.

In some situations the have had to escalate it and they no longer pickup in the first couple of second like they used to.

Legit. Helped me have a backup plan for running a Linux server in a virtual environment. I never actually needed to run it, but just the fact they had everything ready to go just in case was pretty amazing.

Fanatical experience! Best place to work in the world. Everyone is wonderful. The orientation is something I will remember forever! I have not been a customer but all I hear and see are the wonderful things about the customer service and the spectacular amount of services offered at Rackspace. Highly recommended in every light! This place only gets bigger and better every year. They adapt to new technologies and current/prospective customer needs. I can't say enough. I guess I'll stop here before this becomes a novel.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My experience with this company was horrible. I own a marketing agency and their service is the worst hosting experience I have ever had. They are not technically savy on hosting and wouldn't let us make the adjustments we needed to create a more secure platform and they charged us ridiculous amounts for traffic related to cyber attacks. When we finally closed our account with them they continued to bill us $3 a month and used an old email that wasn't active to notify us and then turned us over to collections. This company sucks beyond belief. Nobody in the place cares about anything.

Rackspace is not only a great place to host your servers and web applications but the people here are amazing! The call it Fanatical support... But what it really means is they just help you solve problems and are cool about it at the same time!

Since I was with rack space this August,which has been total 4 months, I got charged five times, our company total got 3 emails. I did what all they asked to fix the it, however they didn t never worked. It turned out it was total waste money. Not worth it at all. I tried to ask for refund for couple times because I didn t get served by them at all. And I do not recommend anyone else use them either. Their service sucks. They only want to take your money but not helping you.

I just did an interview and it was cut short because they "felt" I didn't know anything about the company. I have worked in customer support, programming, web hosting, IT technician, network administration, and even have a Bachelors Degree but that didn't matter. Apparently they don't need tech savvy people to work for them just people that can google what their company does. It just sounds like another case of over qualification to me again. It's funny that they didn't know anything about me and expect me to know everything about them.

Corperations should advoid as this is the worst customer service I have experienced. Our email product was down many times over the last year due to incompetence and what feels like tonight a targeted attempt to lose our business. If you use a VPN or communicate or converse with more than 50 people a day via email this service will fail you and leave you with hours out of communication with office staff and customers. Furthermore
it's completely within there hands to fix this issue and help with a solution. When you spend hours trying to rectify the situation with them they are unrepentant and do not care about your customer service needs or even what they are with this inflexable service. Avoid this company at all costs there are cheaper and better .
