This WAS a great company to do email. no longer impressed, inf act I regret referring people as I own an IT company. have to get transferred all around, basic general questions that have nothing to do with an account they need to verify everything. Kind of like going into a bank, asking for a deposit slip and they need your social security # before they tell you where it is. Response time for support is long, we tried to migrate basic PST files over for a customers that we refer and they have been terrible to deal with. We will not recommend Rackspace anymore for our clients and again, before they were terrific to deal with. I never signed up for their referral commissions or the like as it was small, I did it as I liked their service, but now a total pain to deal with if you ever need to call them.

Look out for hidden fees and continuous bills after you cancel

Rackspace is a great host, and much better than our previous experience with 800Hosting. After having lost data, experienced downtime, and had no managed hosting despite the claims that 800Hosting made on their website, we were apprehensive about switching to a new host.

Rackspace has provided better performance, great support, and delivered everything they promised.

I drove past here once. They called trying to hire me once, but then they laid off all those people so I never heard back until like a month ago, where they were like, sorry, we went with someone else. 5/5

Really cool corporate setting in the old Windsor Park mall. Everyone working there had a smile on their face. Relaxed atmosphere. Looks like it would be a good place to work.

Terrible email hosting service. The are unable to provide QOS, email arrives 24 hours after it was sent by our customers.

Had an issue with a developer creating a server that was supposedly deleted. Rackspace charged over 1k and wanted another thousand dollars for a unused server.

If that wasn't bad enough they deleted my site and contents.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, and make sure you back your site up with a different hosting provider daily.

I do not work for Rackspace but I visit the location frequently to do Paintless Dent Repair on the vehicles of the employees.
The fact that they get the flexibility to allow this type of service to be completed while they are at work says allot about the company and what the stand for.

It's one of the BEST places of business I've seen for company moral.

I was there for a non business related matter. Nice clean building. Not the the most upscale of neighborhoods but there was security in the parking lot.

It a good place to work and get IT experience. The hosting services are first rate and the people are amazing

They treat North East ISD teachers and students well! Way to give back to the community!!!

The folks at RackSpace are great. Seems like it would be an awesome place to work considering the tenure.
