Racine Honda Review

We had a wonderful experience right from the beginning our Sales person Xavier met us outside before we entered the building. Xavier was professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions we had. What I love the most is he didn't pressure us to get a vehicle right away. He went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our new 2018 Kia Sorento. If you are in need of a new or even used car the staff will definitely help get you what you need.

Don't ever leave reviews, but I can honestly say everything I've been told about skecthy dealerships turned out to be false here i was treated with respect and given honest numbers from my salesmen Tommy and James from management. Deal couldn't have went smoother.

I needed a new car key case. It can be intimidating to call a dealership so I had my little ole grandma call and the guys on the phone were so nice and understanding and helped us solve the problem right away. Went in an hour later and they fixed the key in 10 min tops. Thank you Victor and Tino! Also the general manger James was so friendly! Won t be so nervous to go in anymore

Customers lounge small and only had coffee, correction needed coffee. Other dealers have water, sodas, for free. A had a popcorn maker, that was empty and turned off.

I want to send a shout out for Eric Guerra our sales person for the purchase of our new 2019 CR-V.. My wife and I stopped in to the dealership to investigate our options as the lease was running out on our present CR-V. Eric was very knowledgeable to our needs and discussed the options that we had. Eric was very friendly and easy to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. In addition all the personnel that we dealt with that day for our purchase were friendly and helpful. For us it was a great experience and we would recommend Eric and the dealership.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I went in to see a car that I had been talking to a sales person about online and had a few days later been emailed about it being on sale. The actual sales person was great but the other people (manager I believe) were not. They were rather pushy and rude. After driving and taking a look at everything we asked to see a breakdown of the price. Advertised price we were told it was on sale for was just under $12,894, down from $13,294. On the sheet with the breakdown of the price....$13,999! They said it was an accident and were selling to a partner company so that price wasn't correct. I HAD BEEN EMAILED ABOUT A PROCE DROP FROM $13,294!! Do not fall for their trap and be sure to ask for a price breakdown!
