The Legal Aid Council is among other things responsible for the legal aid that is being funded with regard to mediation. We (ADR Register) are recognized by the Board as of 1 January 2019 so that ADR full certified mediators can register with the Council. Employees who work hard at the Board work hard to achieve good organization and proper services despite cuts, reductions and reorganisations. We as ADR Register appreciate the open mind at the Council and their visible / tangible direct involvement; the latter ensures that even if there are difference points, the conviction remains that you can come together.
