So far our experience has been very disappointing....
So far our experience has been very disappointing. The mattress has yet to ship ten days after the order was placed when the estimate was 1-4 business days. Their customer service team could not care less. They have yet to respond to an email from last week and the specialist (Anissa) who I chatted with may as well have told me to get lost. I understand COVID is complicating things for everyone but even a mass email saying orders are delayed would be better than what they have done. If you haven't place an order yet save yourself the headache. We are currently deciding if we want to cancel or order and go with our second choice or not.
