Very unprofessional. Work was incomplete and the splice look like a five-year-old did it .this stuff is not friendly. They thing they are the best but they so far from it
After a large transaction of ropes and chain they're not even help us to load it into a truck very heavy stuff, they got machine and Equipment sit there and then don't have the Coursey to help us I will never recommend and I will never come back here.

I was invoiced for a repair that I did not request and then when I started to ask questions about the invoice I was treated horribly. After all was said and done when I asked for the manager or the owner, I was told to disregard the invoice and throw it away and then he hung up on me. I work for a huge yacht company and will never use them again. There is plenty of rope companies in South Florida.

Put in a request for quote on a Sunday, had a reply Monday by 9AM. Walked me through the items I missed to mention and Rope Inc got me my 20ft chain with 200ft of rope delivered to my apartment in Colorado Springs by Thursday! Best customer service and killer shipping folks at Rope Inc. Thank you everyone for helping me and so darn fast.

I called inquiring about the possibility of donating any scraps they might have for disaster relief efforts in flooded northern India, which is undergoing one of the worst natural disasters in the last century. I was told there were no scraps and when I further inquired about alternatives even if we purchased using donations, the man I was speaking to said, "We're not interested." and actually hung up on me.

Purchase from them only if you have no compassion.
