Rude receptionists, unqualified staff. Poor person to person relations in general.
I visit my grandma very often today so happened to be the day I came up to see her. She was explaining that she was supposed to have a caregiver today but they haven t shown yet. So I called the number on the page and got a female with a really disrespectful attitude, cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation to her. She acted as if I shouldn t be concerned as to where my grandmas caregiver is... So then I called the 794-0061 number and spoke with The manager Suzanna Thankful We Got An Answer she was a big big help compared to the first one... Suszanna called us back and reassured us that there is a caregiver coming... Thank You Suszanna!
