I was invoiced for a repair that I did not request and then when I started to ask questions about the invoice I was treated horribly. After all was said and done when I asked for the manager or the owner, I was told to disregard the invoice and throw it away and then he hung up on me. I work for a huge yacht company and will never use them again. There is plenty of rope companies in South Florida.
