I had to pick up a quooker but was referred to another door 3 times. Nobody knows where the collection door is

THE boiling water splashes quite a bit, not fine.
Otherwise fine.

Erg luxe om gelijk thee, koffie en water om een ei te koken bij de hand te hebben! Werkt perfect.

Already had experience with Quooker in our last year, but this one is even better, especially because it is now combined with the regular tap. Top!!!

Het water is uiteraard kokend heet, maar ik vind dat de kraan behoorlijk spettert en als je een kopje met heet water wilt vullen moet je zeer voorzichtig zijn.

Way too expensive for what it is. Nice concept, but for an existing kitchen it takes up too much space. A tap is a simple mixer tap, where in my opinion a thermostatic mixer tap can be better offered by Quooker for that money. You are all the time with different water temperatures, which means that the temperature from the tap changes all the time. The Cube also makes a lot of noise, consumes a lot of power and it is a pity that you cannot set the "strength" of the carbon dioxide content.
As an end user and Installer, I find it a disappointing device.

It's great that instant boiling water is possible. Filling a pan does splash a bit. You have to take that into account.

Maximum ease of use, because you cannot make mistakes after using boiling water due to the safety measures that the designers have built in. I am not an employee of Quooker, but simply a very enthusiastic user together with my wife!

After problems with our Quooker call to service ... was extremely friendly spoken to and it was an appointment which also arranged us despite the vacation period. Crane was neatly replaced by an extremely friendly mechanic .. asked if there were any questions or problems .. Toppie what a great service !!!!

We purchased our first Quooker in 2000 and renewed parts in 2013. Filtered boiling water for 17 years. What an ease!
And if you need to replace something, the service is perfect!

Beautiful device that actually does what is promised. It is important to register your device so that, should technical challenges arise, you can fall back on it. Ours does it flawlessly, except for a few resets. Happy with the purchase every day!

We have had a quooker in our possession for about 10 years and since 2 months 1 of the later models in our new kitchen. Until now, he likes it fine with a nice cup of tea without using a separate kettle and especially when we eat rice or pasta ideally with direct boiling water. In one word great.

Leakage on mixer from Quooker. Called about that and they send me a new mixer with accessories free of charge. Out of warranty. Excellent service.

Strange company. wants to keep everything in-house and creates monopoly for itself

Super geholpen door de serviceafdeling. Na een miskoop op marktplaats te hebben gedaan, heeft de serviceafdeling snel een diagnose gesteld en bleek de kraan defect te zijn. Ondanks dat de set 7 jaar oud is, een keurig voorstel gekregen en meteen een nieuwe gekocht tegen gereduceerd tarief. Omdat er ook iets mis bleek te zijn met de kap, is deze meteen onder coulance vervangen. Binnen een uur een werkend systeem. Bedankt voor deze fijne service!

21-05-2020 we have reported to Quooker our defective Quooker (6 years old).
Quooker pretends to respond within 2 to max 4 working days. We gave them the opportunity and also sent a reminder on the 4th working day that we would like to be helped quickly because we now had no hot water for over a week with a long weekend. But in vain there was no response. Then on 02-06-2020 I started calling myself and I was answered. Mister was able to tell me from my data that they had done nothing with the report and that the report had remained further. In the meantime I had already made several reset attempts at home but to no avail. Mister van Quooker indicated that there is 1 reset procedure that works and asked me to try it, they were going to send us this method by email. Unfortunately the contact from Quooker remained silent and there was no mail with the reset procedure in the inbox. (Spambox also viewed but not received anything) 03-06-2020 again sent a reminder email with the question whether the reset procedure can be sent, but so far we have still not heard anything. For a product that would like to serve the luxury market, I find the service downright lousy. With a Quooker you don't immediately think of a cheap tap but a good quality tap. So I also expect this service and longevity! If the reset does not work and the tap is broken, we can buy a new tap at a courtesy rate of no less than 520 euros. I have to say that I find 520, - for a crane that has not been working for 6 years a lot of money. I therefore do not agree with the settlement (insofar as you cannot find a settlement at all) and therefore do not recommend anyone to buy a Quooker !! For now we are heading for another weekend without hot or boiled water from the tap and with a 9 month old baby this is really not convenient! Now hope that we can be contacted and our problems will be resolved before the new weekend is coming up next week

I am less enthusiastic about Quooker. Brand new Quooker installed. We got a leak in the Quooker itself ... a mechanic would be sent over, but it just doesn't show up. Call them on ..... you have to wait half an hour ..... Turns out that there are a lot of Quookers just stop after a few months .... Many leaks ... so you have been warned ... .

What a solution. No more water loss due to long hot water pipe from the boiler on the top floor. No more hassle with setting up whistling kettles, but immediately tap hot water for tea, cooking vegetables and potatoes, etc. and small dishes. A very convenience and little loss and also cost effective.

The Quooker is a great system that we are very happy with. Installed by us by a company on behalf of Tulp kitchens. Unfortunately, that is not quite to our liking because the pull-out part is quite congested in our cupboard and that causes wear and is very annoying, especially with regard to warranty, for example. Hopefully, however, Tulp will change this on 25-9-2020.

Quooker; best invention of the past 10 years! Recently installed a new kitchen with Quooker in my new house and what a huge improvement !! Easy for cooking, tea, cleaning ... no more waiting, and no more dirty kettle.

Super company, mechanic who came after 8 pm and after 8 years replaces the quooker boiler free of charge for a new one! The after sales of quooker is great, many companies can take an example here! For nothing else ....

I am NOT satisfied with Quooker's service. I reported a malfunction by email in June 2020. There has NEVER been responded to. I am curious if it will EVER be responded to.

despite initial problems, Quooker leaked a lot, the problem was quickly and adequately resolved by Quooker in Riderkerk. Two weeks later the kitchen supplier came up with an offer to initiate the repair, but that was of course already too late.

Dangerous and ill-considered product. There is no indication on the tap for hot or cold and unlike almost all taps, hot water comes out when the handle is down (see photo). This is totally illogical and also dangerous with children. Practically everyone who comes to me and uses the tap burns their hands. In addition, already had several failures. In short, spent a lot of money for a lot of annoyance. Quooker do something about it!
Update: Quooker says that I can fix it myself by reversing the hoses, but I can't just do that without installing longer pipes. I would say send someone over to REALLY fix the problem.

Superservice! 9 jaar oude bijpassende kraan lekte en niet te repareren. Snel vervangen door nieuwe kraan in zelfde uitvoering en tegen een vriendelijke prijs.

This is the third time in 15 years that we have installed a Quooker. This time with a tap with Combi + and Cube. Impressive and what a convenience. All that pressing and turning takes some getting used to. The cooled water does not run very fast (25-30 seconds for a liter), the sparkling water is fine.

We are very satisfied with our Quooker.

When I decided to have my second kitchen designed and installed by Keukenrijk, I naturally also had a Quooker installed in it. The design and ease of use of the Quooker are completely in line with my lifestyle. As a true tea drinker, it is so nice to have direct boiling water available! In addition, the food is ready a lot faster if you already fill the pan with boiling water.
Ultimately, the Quooker in chrome looks beautiful in my kitchen, but afterwards I might have preferred a black or even a gold Quooker in my matte black kitchen.

Extremely satisfied! The boiling water hose leaked into the tap. Under coulance, the crane is neatly replaced, we have shared the call-out costs. Super service, it costs something but then you also have something.

This is now really a device that adds something to the kitchen without taking up much space. Coffee machine and kettle are no longer necessary.

Great product! We have the Quooker combi + with flex tap.
We have had a cheaper boiling water tap for this, but should have taken it right away because this is the only real boiling water tap from our experience! Again a top product !!

Fijne kraan. Kokend water tappen is super handig en veilig op deze manier. Omgekeerde koud en warm is wennen, maar geen probleem. Blij met deze kraan.

We have the Quooker Combi with Cube. Quite an investment (actually the Cube can never be recouped) but the convenience and comfort are highly appreciated. You can connect yourself if you are a bit handy, I succeeded. The hot water pipe simply capped, which also saves gas. We no longer even install them in our newly built houses. Very satisfied with it. Combi + boiler does take up the necessary space and is at the expense of cabinet / drawer depth. We have to wait and see what the influence of the steam that flows against the underside of the top cabinets and recessed lighting will be in the long term.

Due to the purchase of the Quooker, I still keep asking for hot water from my boiler while it is not necessary. The supplier cannot solve this. As a result, I will not achieve my goal of using less gas.

Very handy, always and immediately hot water. saves time and money. Only a minus point is that the boiler is always warm. The kitchen cupboard is always warm, so you cannot place a trash can there. Perhaps for the new development a boiler that insulates heat.

faucet lever broken and Quooker came within a week and fixed it for free. Super happy!

After a long search and comparison, I still bought a Quooker.
We are very satisfied with it.

The installation went well. My plumber came after the kitchen installation, to connect the water supply and discharge. This has created the situation that the weight of the Quooker flex gets stuck behind the pipes of the supply and discharge every time. So every time it gets stuck behind the pipes again I have to release the weight of the Quooker flex from the pipes. It would be more convenient if this weight goes up and down in some sort of tube or guide so that it does not get stuck.

Great product, 7 liters of boiling water is readily available.
Unlimited hot water immediately available because the quooker is linked to the central heating / boiler.
Nice design and handy water hose from the spout to be able to spray the sink clean, for example.

Quooker works perfectly! One very small downside: every now and then the tap drops a drop. This is normal I have been told.

Only positive, we use the Quooker combi immediately hot and boiling water. We were concerned about the space in the kitchen cupboard, but that is not so bad due to the upright installation.

The Quooker Combi + together with the Cube is the perfect combination. Get your cup of tea or your food quickly on the table with 15 minutes. In addition, of course, a glass of cold water with or without bubbles.
