For what it is definitely a great place. Heavily lacking in comparison to the bigger buffet chains, but great home feel and the steaks are amazing, but they are separate and not part of the buffet.
My steak was perfectly fixed. There was actually a decent buffet as well.

I went to this restaurant 2 years ago and it was absolutely delicious! Soulfood at its best! They have everything imaginable! I can't wait to go back! I had the mac n cheese, collard greens, cabbage, rice with gravy, rice n beans and everything was nice n hot and fresh! My favorites was the cabbage, rice, and macaroni.
We always stop here on our way South. There's not many left. Food is good service is great
Food was ok. Had the sirloin tips and bell pepper and onion, potatoe. The yeast rolls were fabulous. Potatoe tasted old.steak was tender but seemed more boiled than grilled, bell pepper and onion also no char just seemed boiled. The cook doesn't know how to chargrill a steak. No char marks on anything

Traveling and had a hard time finding a good restaurant during a pandemic. Highly recommend this place great food and service and they are opened.
I have not had Quincy's in years but my family of 7 enjoyed it tonight! Leslie was our server and GOD she was the best! We never had to ask for anything. Very sweet lady! I enjoy good food but most of all good service. This server deserves 5 stars and we will defiantly ask for her on our next visit!! Food was seasoned to perfection!!
Few selections on salad bar and don't how to cook a steak other than burnt. Won't be going back
This was the worst Quincy's I have ever been too!! The whole place was dirty, workers were standing/sitting around talking about other workers instead of cleaning tables, food was either dry or had no flavor, not a great variety. You had to ask for everything, no soup bowls at soup station, no ketchup or sugar packets on table. They brought bread out in baskets with no honey butter only regular butter and you had to ask for more. Also, I'm from SC so I love sweet tea but this tea was sooo sweet it was like diabetes in a cup, I had to ask for a cup of unsweet just to be able to drink it plus a cup of ice because it was still hot. Yuck!! The Quincy's in Monroe, NC is sooo much better and that is were we will eat from now on!! Never going there again, total waste of time and money!!

They should have fans where you enter it keep the flies out it was like having a picnic outside fighting off all the Flies inside and all over the food at the buffet.

We had an amazing dinner and I couldn't wait to get home and write a review. Our waitress Leslie was simply one of a kind. Such a sweet and caring person. Drinks never went empty and she made sure we had everything we needed without having to ask. The new managers Phil and David are doing a phenomenal job. Our steaks were tender, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Not to mention they had old school pizza on the salad bar for the kids, which was a huge hit! We've been regular customers for years and we were absolutely blown away by how good our meals were tonight! Keep it up guys! Loved seeing the staff smiling! Truly makes all the difference in the world to us customers.
Extremely poor service. Started with the cashier that had an attitude. The young man had no business taking orders. Could not understand what he was saying and had to be asked to repeat what he was saying. Wait staff was poor ( that being generous). I ordered off the menu and food was brought to the table 45 mins later because waitress forgot to pick up food. The food by that time was cold. While I was waiting they set up a group of 17 people blocking my table. The table next to me had to move their chairs so that I could leave. I put my food in a to go box and left. Will not return to this location.
Nothing about this place was good from the flies and roaches to a steak that look like it had been cooked for a customer that was not cooked right and left on the grill for someone else to order was ordered my came out extra well done. The buffet bar was a complete and udder discuss for anyone to eat.

It was just like I remembered over 25 years ago when we had them in central Georgia. Please bring them back to central Georgia. We will definitely come back to eat here again when we're back in Florence.
I didn't know Quincy's still existed, but I stumbled on this one. Everything that I ate was good. It was cheap, and the wait staff was very friendly.
This used to the move since chain down sized, this is the closest to us. Well the macaroni is to die for, the rolls shrunk to about a 1/3 of what it use to be; it's not on the buffet and they barely give you any, the waitress was polite, we tipped but my experience left me to the conclusion that Golden Corral really is the new Quincys!
The service was bad we didn't even get a bread basket we got our bread on a plate Like really we had no napkins and the buffet was empty and what was up there was old and greasy and was cold even the ice cream was bad i dont even understand that this is my second time there and I won't be going back

There's a certain seasoning that they use on everything fried. Chicken, pork chop, and fish all taste the same.
Good old Quincy' never fails. Haven't seen one since they closed the one down in Myrtle Beach, SC so it was almost nostalgic. Good service and quiet atmosphere
Cold tea was warm, food was too salty, salad dressing doesn't taste right. Only thing we liked was the icecream and salad. Not enough food for the price!!!!!! Waitress was very nice.

Sad sad sad.. came all the way from Sumter to florance for a whole messed up dinner.. we left it all on the table BUT WE still tipped our waitress and THEN WALKED OUT !
We were very disappointed with the manager and staff training. They didn't know how to do a native american tax exemption. At first, they didn't want to accept it. Then I had asked to speak to the manager and they said that she was too busy to help. There was a lot of staff (besides the ones in the kitchen) sitting around in a room behind a divider doing nothing. so I very much doubt that they was busy. After they seen that I wasn't going to accept that as an answer, they finally did a video chat with some one that they said was a manager and asked if they accept this? Instead of asking how do you do a tax exemption. The manager asked if it was from the state and I told her that it was used nationwide. she said that if it's not from the State of SC, then it's not accepted (wrong answer). I seen that I was dealing w/ a uneducated staff and got tired of going around in circle so we left and went to another restaurant that knew how to do the exemption w/o an issue. legal action my follow by not honoring the UCC.
I haven't been to a Quincy's in along time. The food was very delicious. The food was hot and fresh. Only issue was the dessert bar, little to choose from and kind of stale. Over all everything else was great. Staff friendly and very attentive. Let's not get started about the big fat yeast rolls. They are still great.
