Best Food Always Fresh Staff Is Very Friendly Great Service

Food was pretty good. Clean. Second best roadtrip food stop in Florence, SC so far! Very friendly staff. Paid $13 per person on a Sunday evening. You have the option of steak, salad, and a side or the full buffet to choose from.

Like a time warp. That visit was good for the soul!

Lesley is the best, knows are likes and dislikes, ALWAYS looks after us like we were family!!!

Buffett was fresh and hot but would love to have some steak on buffet

I was very disappointed with the food, cleanliness. I am a food service manager as well as my friend who was dinning with me and we both witnessed multiple accounts of cross contamination of several different varieties. This scared me for anybody else who happens to dine here. The staff needs to be trained HAACP.

We enjoyed the food. Country fried steak w tasty gravy. Baked potato should have been a little warmer. Rolls were good. Service was great! Sweet lady w orange hair glasses and makeup.

We came in on a Sunday March 11th in Florence. We were hungry and disqusted!!
There were tables upon tables that were unclean with plates and unfinished foods and glasses on many tables through out the Restaurant. I have NEVER EVER WALKED INTO A RESTAURANT TO SEE THIS!
We were hungry and looked at the food in the buffet. A lot was empty. And to my disqust I called a waitress to tell her yes tell her to get what looked like a snotty balled up tissue from off the edge of where you get your food. I was hungry But asked to speak to the Manager. She said They won't give me any help. She apologized and got 2 workers to clear the tables in one section.There was another section in the same disorder with many tables piled up with dirty dishes. Then Lord have mercy we heard about the conditions in the bathroom.Horrific! Another saw the conditions in the Kitchen! Horrible!
We were hungry..And as I woke up that Monday the 12th I was so thankful that I did not get sick from eating there. Nor did my other friends.
It was a horrible experience. Food was good for the most part ( what food was there-- they didn't even bring out more chicken!) The waitress was the sweetest though, there for 20 something years.
I should have taken pictures! We should have left. We should have asked for our monies back. We were hungry and a long way from home. I can only hope this Quincy's Restaurant is never like this again. Horrible!

Wish we still had one in Seneca, SC! Good eats, close to interstate.

On 11/2 I ordered a dinner special thick steak first calling it in, and then checking again when I reached the location to be told it was ready. Two different people checked me out. The second male employee had no clue what the first female employee had done and attempted to charge me again. I was NOT given what I ordered, but a smaller steak and shrimp instead. The shrimp seasoned with paprika was too briny to eat; the steak was mediocre and bland at best. I was instructed to prepare my own salad, when the primary purpose of takeout was to avoid mingling with the dinner crowd to avoid covid exposure to begin with. For the $16.71 price I was charged, at least a couple of yeast rolls with butter would have been nice instead of the one small one in my order. I don't plan to order from there again with the slipshod service and lack of attention to giving me what I ordered for my takeout.

Really enjoyed my time here, everyone was nice and we enjoyed the food.

Food was great. Plastic Utensils was not available, I was told they were out. Several Customers was eating with same gloves as they used to get their food. Salt & Pepper shakers was not wrap down after leaving tables.

Was ok but very dirty dining area. Staff seemed overwhelmed by crowd and unable to keep up with busing tables. Food very low buffet quality. Tables and chairs from the '80s and worn.

Good steaks. I skipped the salad bar and buffet. The steaks were excellent and well cooked. Good stop for a family. Reasonable prices with good food

Ok thanks. Good food and polite service.Never had a bad meal.l get take out usually and that is always been very good. Never been disappointed. I usually get the biggest rib-eye I can get and they cook it just the way I want it. I try to get there for takeout at least twice a month if I can. Definitely recommended.

Great steaks reasonable prices, if you leave still hungry get the salad bar too it is worth the price. Travel to Florida every year for the past 30 years and have stopped at Quincys, coming and going and never have had a bad meal.

Order from menu OR an all you can eat buffet! Food is delicious, Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly!

We Came by here last night on our way home to Columbia SC. Let me start by saying absolutely wonderful food and service. The buffet is loaded with good country cooking and a salad bar of almost everything you could want for your salad. Prices are very good food what you get too. We had fantastic service from our waitress Samantha as well. She was very polite and knowledgeable of the questions we asked her. My husband and I never ran out of drinks. Very important to my husband who drinks way more than me. We will be coming back anytime we are back out your way. Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food! keep up the good work you are doing it is surely paying off!

Everybody was friendly and the restaurant was clean, all (or nearly all) the food was deep fried and unhealthy with the chicken having enough salt on it to preserve it for 100 years, and a lot of stuff was cold and dried out. It seemed pricey at $14.00. Al you can eat places are what they are and I could have walked out but I was hungry and tired.

It was nice. Staff was very friendly. Our waitress was very nice. And she stayed on top of our drink refills, taking away dirty plates and making sure that everything was good with us.
