Drove 2 hungry hours from airshow to eat at this Quincys. Had eaten there several times ten years ago & always had excellent buffet and great staff. Oh well...
Worker poured pitcher of water into mac & cheese on buffet to "freshen it up", Food and debris on carpets throughout entire dinning room, , shredded lettuce for salad bar, 10+ tables not bused from hours before, fried fish had dirty, greasy squeeze bottle for tarter sauce in nasty water-filled pan where water was able to seep into tip, fried shrimp looked like scabs. desert bar had melted soft-serve on floor, 2 partial & deformed slices of pecan pie and pudding strewn all over stainless steel top

OK!

I worked at Quincy's in Leesburg,FLA in 1991 until we moved to Orlando. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary
there after I got out of work. We had a steak dinner along with the "smorg". Awesome food...!

We are in the area on a job and truly had a great experience at this location. Food was good and hot. My husband got a steak that he said was really good but.....I want to say that Mrs Leslie Rasmcessen (hope I spelled correct) was truly amazing. She was hustling the whole time we were here and I am big on customer service so I watched. She was constantly cleaning tables while continuing to attend to every table she had in her station. She was super nice and just completely on target in every way. Please let her know her efforts did not go unnoticed. She deserves this five star review. We will be back and hope she will be here when we do. Ty for your time.

Should have went to a Cracker Barrel or something that served better southern style food, did the buffet and didn't even have steak. Overall food on the buffet was dry, not even hot and loaded with sugar. Never have I ever been to somewhere that the greens tasted like straight sugar. On the positive note, the customer service was great.

First off.....this is the last quincys in the country.

Now.....im all for doing 12-14 hour straight through drives. But my wife and I were headed back to western Kentucky from myrtle beach (lifted 3/4 ton on 36's) so we stayed in Florence. Hsdnt heard of quincys in years!

The folks in there were super friendly....felt like we'd known em for ever.

The food was awesome. It was all fresh. They even accommodated my wife's special needs. Their buffet was huge. And FULL of delicious southern foods!!!

Honestly, ill never do the full drive without staying in Florence to eat there.

By the way, the Tru hotel is great too.

Absolutely outrageous Karen was the waitress. I wish I could put her in a suitcase and take her home. This was the first time eating at Quincy and the meal was fantastic everything was good. If you ever in Florence South Carolina and looking for a place reasonable and quality eat at Quincy

Do not eat here, it is an absolute waste of money and time. The food was revolting and did not taste fresh whatsoever, the tables were cluttered with food when I can here and no one was making much of an effort to clean them. For instance, a family of five who came in did not even have a table to sit at because all the unoccupied tables still had food on them. Also, one of the workers was on their phone laughing and conversating like they didn't have a job to do. I wasted forty dollars for my family of three to get some repulsive food, like empty bread rolls filled with air, be in a disgusting atmosphere, and get to watch people not do their job. Do not eat here unless you want to waste money and be repulsed.

This is the only Quincy's in the area now unfortunately it's in Florence South Carolina not Myrtle Beach. But if you want a great steak and you're heading that way it's definitely worth of stop right off of 52 and I-95.

The one close to where I live closed down years ago. I was a kid last time I ate there and have nothing but great memories attached to eating there. The food tastes just like I remember and the buffet is a country boys paradise.

Absolutely loved it.... Great food and staff. We're from Columbia so when we get a chance to eat Quincy's, Believe me we do. Best rolls around love the lunch Buffett. Staff is very friendly and punctual when staying on top of things. Didn't have to ask for refills or extra napkins or anything. Waitress did an excellent job. Look forward to coming back...

In hopes that this Quincy's would be just like the one soo fondly remembered from my childhood we stopped here to eat dinner on the way back home from SC. There were a ton of flies everywhere which is to be expected in the south in the summer but this was slightly excessive. We paid over 30.00 for the buffet where the items were limited and not the most appealing to the eye. For it to be a Sunday I assumed things would be fresh and hit for Sunday dinner. The rice and gravy was likely the best thing in the hot buffet. I got extremely ill and had to pull over before making it the additional 100 miles home. I assume it was the pot roast given that's the only thing I ate that my family didn't and I was the only one sick.

There have been no upgrades to the inside of the restaurant in years and it shows. I was however impressed that inspite of their lackadaisical approach to their menu they advertised an app. It is important that companies no matter how old acknowledge the wave of the future. I shared on social media that we were here and many friends and relatives immediately became excited and wanted to know or experience with intentions to travel. We assumed as many people do while traveling I-95 that this Quincy's was closed and the signage just hadn't been removed. We were excited to visit yet extremely disappointed and I hope they look to improve in the food area because they would really increase patronage given the familiarity of the once famous franchise name.

Very pleasantly surprised.......

Very pleasantly surprised.......
Hubby had the special 9oz. sirloin and it was cooked perfectly. We normally go to Longhorns and they never seem to cook his steaks like he likes it, med rare. But he said the baked potato was even better. It was cooked just right. We have gone to restaurants far more expensive and the baked potato was inedible. I had the buffet and everything seemed to be fresh and flavorful. I had white meat piece of fried chicken, and it was seasoned and juicy. I am not a big mashed potato person but I thought it was really good. The server was also very pleasant and efficient. We will definately return when we are in town.

This is steak house that serves steak every day. My med well steak sent back 3 times to get the required blood from it. They did offer free food on next visit. You would think cooking a correctly done steak would be second nature.

I was part of a 43 person bus tour that ended up having to get to go boxes due to medical issues for a member, thus needing to pick up and head out quickly.

We love to come here and eat on our way to the beach. Quincy's in Florence is the best place to eat. We stop everytime we come to the beach. Excellent food and service with every visit.

Didn't have the buffet, but ordered a steak off menu instead. Steak was very thin, no seasoning and tough, difficult to cut. Salad bar was good and the server was very attentive. It has been a long time since I have eaten at Quincys, and remember it being a lot better. I was disappointed this trip.
