Our technician, Jessie Rodriguez, was really helpful. The glass for my minivan was not correctly ordered, and Jessie drove to Denver from Fort Collins on a Saturday to pick-up the correct windshield and got it installed the same day. Awesome service!

Had Mathew S. come out a couple months ago to replace the windshield on my 2000 camaro after phoenix auto had screwed up the previous replacement. The camaro has a wide and awkward windshield, but Mathew handled it with grace. Great conversation and paid close attention to detail. Hopefully I wont need a windshield replaced anytime soon, but if i do, i'm calling Mathew at Quick-Set.

My technician was Austin. Excellent service and super fast. Stopped by their office, was quoted an hour to an hour and a half but they were done in less than 45. Set everything up with Becca via email and had no issues. Would happily recommend and will be using them in the future!

Quick set is the only place I will be calling from now on. They really care about the customer service and did not disappoint.

I came in today. Had an appointment and everything. The lady didnt ask me if my 98 explorer had 2 doors or 4 doors over the phone when making said appointment. They ordered the wrong window. They had me sitting there for an hour before telling me this. I had to approach the lady as well and she was very rude about it. I now have to come back tomorrow. I'm not very happy with the way the lady made it seem like it was my fault. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I'm a manager and I would never talk to my customers the way she talked to me. Won't be back after my window is replaced and will be asking for a discount for the inconvenience. *Update on this situation* The manager, Jason is awesome! He took care of me and made sure the problem was fixed. Gave me a discount as well. Thank you Jason you're amazing!

I came here recommended by kenworth for my semi. The front office staff is great and they have a nice facility.

The technician is not experienced with this particular windshield I can tell. Kenworth had a factory defect which caused all windshields on t660s to be sealed with adhesive. Standard procedure for this vehicle is to use adhesive even though from the factory they dont require it. I called three shops in denver everyone said yes you must use adhesive even though it's not required from the factory.

The tech came to get me and said he wanted to show me something. He had damaged the seal which was brand new. They told me I'd have to replace the seal...... He should have came to get me before he damaging unnecessary items.

I do have to say they are now saying they'll replace the seal for free. So I guess I cant complain. I didn't like how the technician talked to me though. So thanks quickset for standing behind your work.

Leon G. was professional and friendly. I felt confident in his workmanship as I watched him quickly and efficiently install the windshield. Quick-Set all around was a pleasure to work with. The appointment set-up, interaction with insurance and entire experience was a great. When I need another windshield replace I don't need to look around, just contact them and with confidence of their workmanship.

On June 30, 2020, they repaired a rock chip in my windshield. When I left I noticed that the appearance of the chip had improved slightly but it was still quite visible.

I was very disappointed because I thought the chip was going to look significantly better after the repair. But I trusted them to know what they are doing and just accepted that this was as good as it was going to get.

Now I am not a windshield repair expert, that s why I went to them. However, my friend recently had a very large rock chip, much larger than my chip, repaired at one of their competitors. When the repair was complete the chip was almost not visible at all.

This made me think that maybe this facility did a poor job with the repair and I could have the chip repaired again at the facility my friend went to.

I made an appointment with their competitor and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the chip could not be repaired a second time but that it looked like the original repair was not done well.

Now I guess shame on me for not doing more research and for trusting a company that claims to be experts, but I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of work this facility provided.

While they get to keep my money, I have to look at their shoddy work for as long as I have this vehicle or the time comes for me to get a new windshield.

I will never refer anyone to them ever. They should evaluate their level of expertise and perhaps use a different method to repair rock chips because there are other facilities out there that are doing far superior repairs than them.

Awesome people and a knowledgeable staff, I would recommend these guys! So easy to work with, they dealt with the insurance and transferred my E470 tag, very smooth and seamless transaction!

I'm the owner of a Allure Glass however we do not install auto glass. Being in the glass trade I know a little more than the average person does about this line of work. I had my Dodge pickup windshield replaced by Blaze at Quick-set and he took great care of me. I would definitely recommend this business for any auto glass replacement needs. Blaze said it would take 45 minutes and he was right on schedule. I'm very impressed by this businesses professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. Thank you very much.

Whoever is driving the van with the license plate number staring with OXB should probably get their driving privileges taken away. OR use part of his pay check to take a new drivers class.

We have used Quick- set before with great results. This time was not good at all. They called wrong # and we left instructions on deductible. They said they would have to reschedule another day. We gave them three days to do it. They lost our biz and we have two other vehicles that are in need also.

Just in case my Facebook review doesn't get read, they sent out Leon Georges to replace my windshield & when he got there I wasn't home yet so I asked him if he could wait about 10 min for me & he did which I appreciated very much! & also my car wasn't starting at all from other issues & not only did he offer to look at it for me but he offered solutions as to why it may not be working which is not part of his job I'm sure, so he did a GREAT job! He was also very friendly. He really went that extra mile for me & I appreciated that very much!!

*This is not a paid review.* I was at the QSAG in Herderson on Thursday to have my windshield estimated. Duke was very friendly and energetic. Cassandra was also friendly and helpful. She placed a 3-way conference with my insurance and got approval quickly. I came back the next day and Duke was there and still energetic. I got my windshield replaced and so far looks great! Keep up the good work!

Called on a Monday for a quote, definitely cheaper than Safelite and other Auto Glass companies. They came the next day to my job and installed the new windshield. Techs name was Andre, he was great, fast and friendly. He went over the bill and care instructions before he started working, I will definitely use them in the future, and send people their way if asked.

Called they came once with the wrong glass and said they would reschedule. Three day later a gentleman calls me and says I have your windshield i will be there in 20 min.Shows up at almost 6pm again wrong glass so I just went with another company.

They put a vent window in my 1985 gmc k20. They did it fast and incorrectly charging me $207 for glass and the window didn t even come with the knob just the hole for it. They didn t care to do anything about it. They just said well that s how the glass comes. It s supposed to move youd think they would care but big business they wanna overcharge you and give you poor service.

My tech was Jessie Rodriguez, he was done well within the time stated and he took the time to show me the work and very clear instructions on the care of my new windshield. Very clean and good craftsmanship!

I ve been using Quickset for ~10 years and Andre has been the Tech every time. Great service, professional, dependable, don t know if you can do any better than that. Highly recommend Quickset and Andre.

This place has the worst customer service I ve dealt with in quite some time. Almost impossible to get someone on the phone and I have NEVER gotten them to respond to an email. I am going to talk to our fleet manager about using someone else in the future. Ridiculous.

Called on a Monday morning and by noon I had a new windshield in my semi truck. The service technicians were professional and went the extra step to keep my interior clean as they worked. I would definetly recommend them.

Never thought replacing my windshield would be so easy! I called on Monday, they came to my house on Tuesday, it took them about 45 minutes to replace the windshield on my Chevy Silverado. Cheapest quote I got too! Super happy with it, would recommend this place to everyone.
