On June 30, 2020, they repaired a rock chip in my windshield. When I left I noticed that the appearance of the chip had improved slightly but it was still quite visible.

I was very disappointed because I thought the chip was going to look significantly better after the repair. But I trusted them to know what they are doing and just accepted that this was as good as it was going to get.

Now I am not a windshield repair expert, that s why I went to them. However, my friend recently had a very large rock chip, much larger than my chip, repaired at one of their competitors. When the repair was complete the chip was almost not visible at all.

This made me think that maybe this facility did a poor job with the repair and I could have the chip repaired again at the facility my friend went to.

I made an appointment with their competitor and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the chip could not be repaired a second time but that it looked like the original repair was not done well.

Now I guess shame on me for not doing more research and for trusting a company that claims to be experts, but I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of work this facility provided.

While they get to keep my money, I have to look at their shoddy work for as long as I have this vehicle or the time comes for me to get a new windshield.

I will never refer anyone to them ever. They should evaluate their level of expertise and perhaps use a different method to repair rock chips because there are other facilities out there that are doing far superior repairs than them.
