I came in today. Had an appointment and everything. The lady didnt ask me if my 98 explorer had 2 doors or 4 doors over the phone when making said appointment. They ordered the wrong window. They had me sitting there for an hour before telling me this. I had to approach the lady as well and she was very rude about it. I now have to come back tomorrow. I'm not very happy with the way the lady made it seem like it was my fault. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I'm a manager and I would never talk to my customers the way she talked to me. Won't be back after my window is replaced and will be asking for a discount for the inconvenience. *Update on this situation* The manager, Jason is awesome! He took care of me and made sure the problem was fixed. Gave me a discount as well. Thank you Jason you're amazing!
