I came here recommended by kenworth for my semi. The front office staff is great and they have a nice facility.

The technician is not experienced with this particular windshield I can tell. Kenworth had a factory defect which caused all windshields on t660s to be sealed with adhesive. Standard procedure for this vehicle is to use adhesive even though from the factory they dont require it. I called three shops in denver everyone said yes you must use adhesive even though it's not required from the factory.

The tech came to get me and said he wanted to show me something. He had damaged the seal which was brand new. They told me I'd have to replace the seal...... He should have came to get me before he damaging unnecessary items.

I do have to say they are now saying they'll replace the seal for free. So I guess I cant complain. I didn't like how the technician talked to me though. So thanks quickset for standing behind your work.
