I brought in my 2011 Golf this morning for it's 60K maintenance service and I was treated like I was bringing in a 2015 Porsche. Efficient, professional, hospitable, accommodating. From the reception in the forecourt to Frank the service consultant extraordinaire (who made me a REAL espresso upon my arrival) to the polite and distinguished shuttle driver that drove me to the subway station. No detail was spared to ensure that my experience at Humberview Volkswagen was anything short of swift, smooth, luxurious and first class. They didn't just wash my car as a courtesy... they vacuumed the interior too. It was worth the 28km out of my way even though I live 10 minutes from a closer VW dealer with average customer ratings.
