We saw an add for zero percent financing on used diesels and stopped in unannounced. We were greeted by Max who came outside to meet us. He showed us several vehicles both used and new. We looked at the new base Jetta and when I asked what was the next step up he took us to a demo Jetta Highline. It was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for in a car and met our budget. Max was great and has a keen sense of humour. From here we met several different people who all worked so cohesively to finalize the sale Robert (manager) was a decent man; Dave was free (on pick up day) and helped out because Max was busy and I was an hour early, he was great to talk to. The gent who walked me through the car (sorry I don t remember his name) was kind. Even while I was being shown the car a rep noticed a broken piece in the engine compartment and ordered that piece immediately and when its in, they promised to book an appointment to have it replaced. Over all my experience at Humberview was perfect. Thanks to Max and the entire team for making our first VW purchase a good one.
