Went in to test drive a RAV4. Talked to 3 sales people. No one seemed interested. Salesperson had no answers to my questions regarding the car during the test drive. After purchasing. paperwork took all day. Was in there at 12pm didn't leave until close at 7pm just to sign paperwork after purchase. Car was missing mats that I ordered and they told me it will take them 1-2 days. It's been over a month and half and I am still waiting. There is no communication post purchase. They do not care about any of their customers. I have been consistently calling for a month for my weather proof mats. All they say is call back the next day..... with no follow up. Customer Service is absolutely horrendous. I have never had such bad customer service at any other dealership. Please do not go here. You are better off anywhere else

I called them up in regards to get information on a new and used cars. Three people transferred the call to another person and finally when I got a hold of a sales person his name is Hugo, he did not want to talk to me or give me informarion despite he was a sales person for both, (as he said both for new and used cars) to finally after calling the place twice this person hanged up on me. My opinion is that if this place treats people like this once trying to sale something I don't want to even think how they are going to be when there is an issue with car.

1 star is too high of a rating, sales department is dishonest, service department are crooks and the parts department has the worst customer service skills. My advice check out their competition. Jim Coleman in Maryland, the trip saved me $2,855. On the same car & I was treated with respect & honesty, no hard up sell.

Walked in here no one greeted us, asked about a car, someone pointed where we should go instead of taking us to the car and telling us about it. Maybe our color isn t welcomed here. Don t worry we will take our money elsewhere.

Made an appointment through the phone before I got there and then when I got there I waited an hour long just for the sales guy to waste my time and not help me. They said I will only further assist you if you purchase a car and I told them I will need some info and help before I buy the car and no one helped me out. BAD SERVICE NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Please save ur time and ur day. If you guys don t believe me go right ahead and get the bad experience I did 2-3x that I had went in there.

Terrible service. Victor acted like we kept him from doing his day job & gave us invalid information on the specs of the car. I didn t think knowing the names of car colors was too much to ask for but here we are. He kept leaving his desk and was walking around the store without a mask on. This is business lost for YOU due to your unprofessionalism, oh well.

We spoke another salesmen who gave us a price- we slept on it and went back to accept & it magically went up $100 per month. No thanks, I ll take all the bells and whistles offered at Mazda.

They re nice to you when you are buying the car, but after? They don t care. Please be sure to ask A LOT of questions, and don t assume that everything is included. So please, READ what the cat includes. Communication after buying the car is atrocious. You re better off going to a different Toyota dealership than this one
