A very unprofessional customer service by a Kyrgyz lady at Kiosk #1 in Russian unfit for an embassy of this scale. Since this young lady or ""aiym" represents American staff in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, please replace or train her on active listening and on how to address her customers in a more diplomatic, tactful and professional manner instead of displaying her egotistical attitude all wrapped up with ill-brought manners and a Soviet, cold, and bureaucratic style. I had an appointment for family matters today on December 18th, 2017 at 13:15 pm with my infant child. The first thing she asked, when approaching casually, was, "Where is your husband?". I said there is no husband, but me and the child and that I have two questions to ask. For the first question, she scolded me for appearing at the embassy by saying, "Why did you come? You would have emailed the question in email."Then she continued on lecturing on family matters that the Embassy has nothing to do with (I have checked the website for the email, there is none. I do not know what she was talking about.) Then, to my second question, she repeated her answers twice instead of logically explaining why this is not the embassy deal. I asked her last name/surname. She said, ""We" do not give our names". The whole time she was saying "We" do not do this or "We" do not do that. This lady then did not even waited for me to finish my line when I told her to not to lecture me. She left without any professional comments as if she was in the market place. I get much more precise and consice information from strangers in the streets than I got at the embassy. She is in a wrong place. I experienced typical arrogance of a local person who thinks too much of herself than about conveying her knowledge or professionalism. But, security and other personnel were decent and nice while doing their job.

Fraud and Scam Alert!
My aunt was able to schedule her non immigrant visa appointment via official us embassy website, received a confirmation number for her appointment address,date and time. When she arrived to her appointment she was denied the entree into the building because her name wasn t listed on the daily appointment book. This is ridiculous she had a confirmation printed on her hands! They explained that they book people more that they can afford to see. Why would you do that if this is official US government organization! I figured that the reason they do this is corruption! This department is completely corrupted! They don t care if they schedule people and bring so much inconvenience to them! I just filed a complaint against this Embassy to the Office of Inspector General in US. Also I will report them to CNN and will file a lawsuit against this Department. Ridiculous and Unprofessional!
Very bad and rude lady counselor, she even didn't open all documentation and check ,we came for interview for visa,then why you make appointments if you don't talk even just a refuse that's it. It's a Racism and not respectful to the people who is trying to get all documentation and take hours to staying on the line. Many bad reviews here, is a point to check your mistakes and attitude to the people of Kyrgyzstan! Very bad service and attitude!!! USA people not like that!!!
