Used to be one of our favourite pubs. Now feels like one that is about to be shutdown. The staff that were there clearly do not want to be there especially the manager. We attempted to order food and an hour or so later we get told nothing on the menu is available. Supposedly ran out of food yet 4 people in kitchen. At least half a dozen other tables had the same thing happen at the same time as us. Really disappointed as we were all really looking forward to the night.

Really lovely pub and rare that it's open in the morning. Kids menu available. Good knowledge of allergies and staff are very helpful and know their stuff. Clean, well decorated and show the rugby. Nice to see them so welcoming of dogs and small children. There's a function room available as well as a garden. Toilets are clean but a little old. There is a baby change in the disabled toilet

Beautiful pub, beautiful location. Would have 5 stars, I deducted two for the following reasons: 1) chef wouldn't accommodate changing eggs on a dish for me, I only eat scrambled or omelette. Bar staff said he argues when asked to change to scrambled. 2) no Guinness Tap. Could be a 5 star pub guys!

Had a really great evening at the Queen Adelaide during the Olympics. They did a good job of setting up additional screens and ensuring that all of the top sports were being shown indoors and in the tent. Large and relaxing beer garden with good food. Cozy interior and a nice atmosphere.

Stopped in for a Saturday afternoon quick bite and a drink. We had omelette (so so), battered fish sandwich (ok) and a chilli chicken sandwich (ok, but chewy). Wine was ok, but they were out of small bottles of sparkling water (!!) So the others had orange juice (which was not fresh - not nice!!). Ambience was good. Comfortable seating throughout. It was cold out, so they had one of the fires burning, giving the place a nice feel. Would come again definitely, albeit knowing the food could be a little better.

Our favorite local pub.. good selection of draft IPAs, the food is surprisingly good - qualifies as a restaurant ;) The place is huge, nicely designed and very cozy! It s the most dog friendly pub we know around here - they offer free treats for dogs, dog chips and even dog beer!! (Non alcoholic)

Looks quite unassuming from the outside, wasn't sure what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised it's spacious, well decorated and has a pretty large outdoor area. They do some awesome burgers and there's a nice selection of beers too. Spent a couple of Sunday afternoons here. Great way to get over a hangover.

Nice ambience, shame about the food: The potatoes were uncooked in the middle and the beef was cooked through. Other tables were leaving their potatoes untouched so it looks like a restaurant wide problem. My friend thought her chichen was dry (probably as bad been left too long under heat lap. Would avoid the food here.

Busy London sunday lunch - the place was packed but social distancing was sort of being adhered to. Dog friendly. Good standard of food for average prices. Not sure about waiting in line outside after you have booked but it was worth it.

We had such a fantastic afternoon at the Queen Adelaide yesterday celebrating my other half's 50th. We had about 40 people, including 15 x 2-5 year olds, and everyone had a great time. We came early on a Friday evening, had great G&T and glass of wine in the comfortable chairs.

Gorgeous lunch in a delightful pub with attentive staff (especially the young lady with long hair and perfect eyebrows) who catered to all our needs. Very tempting menu from which I chose squash & black quinoa pie with black cabbage followed by caramel pecan & black coconut ice cream. All washed down with two half pints of Guinness. I m a very happy bunny Oh; did I mention the rather groovy background music

Booked for a party of around 20 - booked it on the phone and the member of staff was very kind and helpful. However on arrival the staff were slow and rude. Even though I had arrived, i was called 30minutes later asking if I needed the table. We were then initially told we could only have a tab, then different members of staff kept telling us different things. They then said they were too busy to serve us at the table and we had to go inside. Our food took nearly 1hr 30mins to arrive and there was no apology for the delay. we had to ask for the bill more than once, and the staff in general seemed as if they had never handled a large crowd before? Great shame as it's a beautiful pub. Wouldn't recommend for a large party.

After being inpressad by the appearance of this gorgeous oasis I met Florence and Dan who gave me great GTs and added extreme value to my narcissism. I strongly recommend queen Adelaide to anyone looking for a good time with privacy and top service.
