This is a nice venue. Couple of things:
1. Parking is a huge problem, so leave enough time.
2. No center aisle, if you're seated in the middle, you'll have to get around 20 people or so.
3. Elevators to upper level are slow and they're not abundant. There are stairs. If you're not very mobile, I'd recommend sitting in the orchestra section.

It's a beautiful concert hall. The acoustics are good. Plenty of bathrooms. I've never seen concessions being sold there.

Koger Center for the Performing Arts was an experience to remember from the moment we entered the building. Ushers were very helpful in showing us where we needed to retrieve tickets and then be seated. #Nutcracker #Birthday #Go

Not gonna lie I felt pretty dumb because I didn't realize that actors in a ballet don't speak on stage. Anyway it's a beautiful place. Lots of pretty art everywhere outside the stage. Everyone who works there is very nice. Their theater equipment and AV effects are high quality. The only downside to this place is parking so get there early!

Just saw Wicked. Loved the show. Prefer to see it in Charlotte like I did the last time. The show is so awesome I didn't want to wait until it comes back to charlotte next year. Big mistake! For a new theater it was built very odd. Not enough lady restrooms, although I have a small frame, the seats were very small and uncomfortable. First theater that didn't have aisles. We had middle seat 34/35 so each time I had to scoot in front of at least 33 people to get to my seat. Notice that staff didn't assist with elderly clients. I noticed that once the doors opened, they were practically knocked over by the crowd. I saw many trying to get to railing to assist them. Will definitely not go back. We love the theater but

I worked a merch stand for wicked and I didn't get to go into the theater but the staff was amazing and they keep the bathrooms amazing. Snacks are a bit pricey but they do need to make a profit. I can't wait to see my first show in the theater and I would Deffinitly check it out if you get a oppertunity.

Went to see the SC Philharmonic's performance of Halloween at Hogwarts. It was AMAZING! Loved e ery minute of it! The theater itself is another story. Has to be the most uncomfortable seating of any theater I've been to.

I've gone for the Columbia City Ballet performances at least twice each year for several years now-- the venue is lovely, clean, and lively! At the concession stand they serve affordable candies and decent wine, but be aware that only bottled water is allowed in the theater during shows. :)

The staff was so friendly! We had so much fun, the only negative comment I have is that the Row F seats were a little uncomfortable for larger people. My boyfriend was a just a bit too big for the chair and the arm rests don't move. Other than that it was a wonderful experience and we both enjoyed ourselves.

Could use some renovations in the auditorium but it was overall good. If you are a larger person, the aisles and seats are small so beware. We saw a few people move seats to open rows at our event so they wouldn't be so tightly packed. It was also freezing cold in there so take a sweater if you are cold natured like me. It made it hard to enjoy the show because my husband and I were so uncomfortable.

For as long as this place has been bringing cultural enrichment to the midlands, we have loved everything we have ever bought tickets for. The staff of the Koger Center are ALWAYS so helpful and friendly, whether via telephone or in person. Tonight, my daughter and I saw WICKED! It was absolutely wonderful.

Good venue, but I wish it had a center aisle or 2 on the sides so we didn't have to squeeze in front of so many people to get to our seats. Also there are not enough women's bathrooms. But customer service is great and the building is nice.

Never a bad seat...what a wonderful "Mother's Day" gift. A play to attend with both daughter and her husband, plus his Mother. She had nust had knee surgery 2 months earlier so we put their handicapped services to the test and they were very accommodating.

My wife and I came here for the first time for the 2018 "Halloween at Hogwartz" concert. The music was awesome courtesy of the wonderful professionals in the symphony, but the sound in this building stole the show. By far the best venue we've ever heard symphonic music in. I can only describe it this way--it's like listening to music through really expensive headphones, the acoustics in the room seem to channel the sound straight to your ears. The staff was outstanding, even with a full house, every member was cheerful. We shall return.

Went to see Wicked, great performance and overall good venue, but they should acknowledge that first row balcony seats are obstructed view to the stage because the railing gets in the way and direct line of sight to see the stage. We had to sit forward the entire show.

The show, Wicked, was awesome. The Koger Center itself is a beautiful venue for such performances. Both the view and acoustics were great. My only negative is in regards to the bathroom facilities. One four stall ladies room for an entire floor of seats is inadequate.

Do NOT purchase seats in Balcony, Row AAA. There is a metal safety bar above the railing that will obstruct a good portion of your view of the stage. I am 5'7" and the bar cut off anything that was on the proscenium line from sight. I had to lean far forward to see faces during a Broadway show last night. My family ended up moving to empty seats even higher up because of this. Otherwise, this venue is lovely. Plan to walk a bit up up some hills from available parking sites.
