I can't praise Stepwest enough. Especially Aishwarya & Carolina! They helped me with my most recent application for an IEC working visa and have been supportive every step of the way from day one. I can safely say they have gone above and beyond usual customer service and have been in constant contact should there be any issues during the whole process. For something that takes a good while, a good few months, a lot of time and effort, they have been so patient and supportive beyond belief. Their support has meant so so much through a somewhat stressful situation; (even during Covid) they made everything run nice and smoothly and with so much ease. This is by far the easiest review I've ever written. From the beginning Stepwest exceeded all my expectations. The visa process and all the paperwork can be a little intimidating, but with Stepwest I didn't have to worry about a thing and everything went incredibly fast. Starting my Working Holiday experience they easily guided me through the Visa process. After receiving my Visa I was helped getting an employee in whistler. I got prepared for the interviews and I was helped out with my CV. Worked out perfectly. They briefed and prepared me for my job interviews, before flying to Canada and before heading from Vancouver to Whistler. I got helped out a lot even before entering Canada. I don t think that me on my own would have been able to get a job in Whistler that fast without them.
After being a while in Whistler I had a serious ski accident, lost my phone and got taken to the hospital in Vancouver. Even there, my contact person from Stepwest (Carolina) visited me in the hospital, brought me some good food, helped me contacting my family and even booked a hotel room in the city for my Mother, who came for a visit. I managed against all odds to gain a second working holiday visa for Canada through the Stepwest Recognized Organization pool which meant that even though I had already used my participation and was over the UK age limit I was granted a second 2 year Canadian Work Permit! I contacted a few different Recognized Organizations in my early attempts and received nowhere near the personable and fast communication I received from Stepwest so I decided to go with Stepwest and it was the best decision! My application was delayed by Covid-19 meaning I have been in contact with Carolina and Aish at Stepwest for over a year and it's been a pleasure every step of the way. Finding Stepwest was the best thing I have come across throughout my visa process. I was at the stage where I felt like I was out of time and had started to give up. I had about a month and a half left on my two year IEC working holiday visa from Ireland. At that point, I had heard so many different options and I didn t know what I was doing. I knew I wanted to stay in Canada and PR wasn t an option, (not near enough points) and I thought the next step was to start looking for flights home. I emailed Stepwest and heard back from Carolina fast, to set up a Skype call and talk about my options. We Skyped, I explained my situation to Carolina and she simplified the process of permits and visas and what Stepwest do, and how it all works. That Skype call was the most relieving and hopeful moments of staying in Canada that I had had. Once they had all of my information, and was able to go through it (review everything), she told me it was obtainable and I could go for Young Professional. Before Stepwest I had never heard of Young Professional. As soon as we began the application, Carolina always made sure everything was in order and helped me to gather all documents and information I needed in the nicest way, as if she were a friend. I went into the Stepwest office to finalize the application. Going into the office to meet Carolina was great, because any important applications like Visa documents, always made me anxious because of missing something. Having Carolina and Stepwest there to ensure that everything was in order and as perfect as it could be, was an amazing thing to have had. Throughout the process, in the waiting periods, there was not one question or worry that Carolina was not happy to answer or give advice about, she was supportive and understanding, and just a lovely lady all around. I was very lucky that I was able to get my visa in such a small time frame, and to be able to continue to work in the job that I love in Vancouver. Stepwest made it obtainable and I couldn t recommend them enough to anyone seeking staying in Canada because they love their job. I have missed working with Carolina and Stepwest, but two months on since I got my two year Young Professionals visa I am happy I found them, they really are great people and organisation.
If you have to choose any agency to live your Canadian experience I would totally recommended Stepwest. They have been really helpful through all the process from filling the visa's papers to any doubts that i've had here. Of all the IEC providers I came across, Stepwest were by far the friendliest, most efficient company that could deal with my particular enquiry. My whole experience from meeting the staff in the office to having my initial Skype meeting, to all the emails back and forth, to finally receiving my visa (in very good time) was incredible.
