Usually you can get in and out of here pretty quick the workers are nice not a bad place to pick up and deliver

This place can not keep anyone! Do not recommend for a job or even a career. The owners are ridiculous. Need better management too!

No problem for me apt 9 dock at 8 out by 9 nice people overnight parking on the street

Directions from i-71:
Get off exit 28.
Go south (down the hill) on 48 past Lowes and turn RT on Mason Morrow Millgrove rd.
Turn RT at the next intersection to stay on Mason Morrow Millgrove rd and go under i-71.
As soon as you clear the underpass turn RT on 15 (Columbia rd)
Go to McKinley blvd and turn LT (you'll see the buildings before you get there)
At dead end turn LT on Taft dr and go to the turnaround in the back for truck entrance.
They require all trucks to scale in so swing wide.

Appt two and a quarter hours ago, still on the street waiting for that phone call. Like I don't have other appointments today. Disappointing.

Once you get a dock the loading goes pretty fast. You get a dock when your load is ready. Overall a decent place to load. Scale on site.

Appt 9am arrived 8:50am out 3 pm. They do not care about your appointment time or other loads that you have to pick up. They make you wait on the street for hours and unloading is another few hours. 6 hours total, Will never be back here again.

Can you give someone a ZERO!! This facility needs to understand that without drivers that load/unload in their facility that they would not have a job. Rude and unprofessional. Thinking they need a 101 on driver's hours and elogs and when a driver has an appt that it means load/unload within 2 hours. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
