We bought a boat from BMC, namely a SEAWATER 320, a 32 foot RIB with 2x300HP on it
It was a top boat according to BMC owner / seller Mr. Kris Deraedt
We have never been able to test sail
Everything worked perfectly according to BMC Brugge. It is impossible to test this in his showroom, but we were allowed to sleep on our two ears, the boat was in top condition .

We left after paying 70,000 euros, and then the trouble started .
One of the two motorcycles immediately gave an alarm, one of his employees said no problem, we will repair everything this winter .
After 300m of sailing we already knew, we were imposed by BMC and the owner Mr. Deraedt

What were the problems

- the VHF radio was broken, no radio connection
- the GPS was broken
- pillows torn almost everywhere (OK, we knew he would fix that in winter ...)
- no cupboard closes
- no BILG pump is working
- right engine constantly gives an alarm when you start
- one engine consumes terribly more than the other engine
- a lot of lighting is defective and does not work
- horn broken off
- toilet does not work
- shower does not work
- fridge works but freezes everything

After sailing at sea three times, including one time when the sea had reasonable waves, we then also determined that the boat was submerged and we had to enter in all haste and let the boat empty ...

All our fault, says Deraedt, we are ignorant and maintain the boat badly. We don't know anything about boats and that's why everything is broken. We broke and destroyed the boat ourselves?
He no longer knows about his promises, he suddenly has amnesia and we can only speak to him through his shrewd lawyer, because he no longer wants to communicate with us .

Congratulations Mr DeRaedt; You are a big crook, a big cheater.
We are going to tell this everywhere about your bad intentions.
We will inform everyone about our experiences with you and your company.

Even if we have to put it in the local newspaper or in all boat magazines every week, the consumer must know what a bad and dishonest person you are.

You are a big con man and people like you should lock them up.

The first time I discovered this place, I thought it was wonderful!
We were greeted as if I had always been a great customer, not knowing why I was there. They showed me around the showroom, the workshops, the launch, ... I thought it was wonderful.
We chatted a bit and from what I told him, he gave me direct advice with exemplary kindness.
I've wanted to go there for so many years, I'm glad I took this step.

In summary: satisfied! I also absolutely appreciate the events they organize and especially the multi-day trips! In addition to a lot of sailing pleasure, we also experienced many beautiful moments and made pleasant contacts. Recommended for me.
