Took Lola in for service in May and thankfully the service centre was open.
Great service from Cristian, easy check in during the restrictions.
Jeff was there when I picked Lola up and great service again. Easy check out procedure and Lola is running great agin.

This is two parts:

This is two parts:
Sales: Marten and Jonny have both been friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Truth be told, its kinda hard getting out of there sometimes, because it just becomes a gab-session about all things Vespa. Hard to deny their enthusiasm, and its infectious.
Service: Zoltan, Trevor, and Christian have all been absolutely unreal- outgoing and helpful in the extreme, they've been more than patient in holding my newbie-hands through the nervous-first-timer concerns and worries.

The entire crew has made me want to hang out there more than is probably healthy. I can't recommend the motley mob at Vespa Metro enough. This is -the- scooter place for the lower mainland!

The staff that work here go above and beyond. They are easy to work with, helpful, and super responsive. I purchased my Piaggio this year, and had an issue with the ignition a few months later. I couldn't start the vehicle which meant I'd have to tow it to the shop to get them to look at it.

I emailed the team to let them know the issue over Christmas break. A day after they came back to the office, someone came by my place, and fixed the Piaggio in my parking garage right on the spot. It was so generous and made life so easy.

Thanks so much Christian, Zoltan, and team!

My friend and I were visiting vancouver for a week and with two and a half days left we happen to walk by the Vespa store. We figured we would check it out. We regretted not finding the place earlier! Vespa's are too much fun - we ended up renting the Vespa for an extra day because we couldn't get enough of it. It made getting around the city so easy. We felt lost after returning it mid afternoon on our last day in the city.
Service was great as well - the man were worked with gave us recommendations of places to go and was very up front and honest with us. Great Experience.

I bought my first scooter 3 month ago
Martin, the sales manager/owner is the one that "took care of me"

at the time of purchase Martin told me that the first service at 1000 km is very important service and its covered by the manufacture warranty.

i came in to do the service as soon as i reached 1000 km and at the end of the service was asked to pay $281.51
it was big surprise for me and when asked Martin why it is not covered as he promised he denied the fact that he said that this is covered.

i wasn't happy about the accessories prices i got for: helmet, lock, cover and etc but this is debatable so i took the responsibility for buying something that was almost 5 times as much as i could by it else ware
but i can't take responsibility on his lies when there is nothing i can do about it, it is his word against mine.

it's also not make any sense that such as essential service of a brand new scooter will not be covered by the manufacture.

Generally tend to over charge for most basic things, we have been to them for several of our vespa's over say 4 years all in most cases you are better off going to some of their competition rising sun or modern motorcycling or any number of motorcycle shops and getting better work at better prices; their servicing costs are a little ridiculous generally about $300/visit for basic servicing. Even looking at basic oil changes, you can get 5W40 synthetic oil most places nowadays for $20-25 bucks they charge 60 bucks to do an oil change. Over time, this place is not the most economical way forward, they also have an attitude developed over the years as they know they are the only ones in town now for certified vespa work we used to have another option. The guys and mechanic was pleasant to deal with the gals not so much. Will pass now. Good luck all saving money it won't happen at this place.

I drop in all the time they are the reason I purchased my GTS, Martin is a great source of info on all things Vespa. The repair centre is by far the best place to bring your Vespa in for any reason.

The guys here are pretty chill. I had some issues contacting them a while back where I called a few times and didn't get a call back. I sent an email and the issue was rectified right away.

I would say the format of the shop isn't the best where service is around the corner but didn't have any signs or anything out front. The attitude of the staff is good, most chill laid back no uniform type of setting. This is justifiable but not ideal.

I had a fabulous service experience with this deal...

I had a fabulous service experience with this dealership, with a special tribute to Christian. I live in Victoria and tried to buy a rear tire from the local Vespa dealer. They said they were out so I paid them to order one. Two weeks later still no tire. They seemed indifferent and said "probably another two weeks"! I called Vespa Metro Vancouver and Christian had it couriered to me by bus the same day. I still haven't heard from the Victoria dealer. I asked the person in parts at the Victoria dealer about a tool used to help change the drive belt for my Vespa. He blew me off saying, "oh you can just slip the belt off", which is absolute BS. Christian not only got the tool for me, but offered suggestions and emailed me pictures and torque specs. He treated me like his favourite customer when it fact my order was small and a nuisance for him to courier. You could not ask for more.

I purchased a new Vespa here and have spent $1000 in repairs in the first 500 km. In my first highway drive I was on the side of the road with a flat front time - no damage at all to the tire, tube had a two inch hole on the side. They said I mus have hit something on the side even though there is no puncture or damage to the tire and charged for the repair. I had a second issue they charged for. I am now having another shop ensure my Vespa is safe.

A friend gave me a scooter that he bought their 5 years ago;no strings attached. But it was sitting in Vancouver for 4 years doing nothing. So I had Vespa Metro Vancouver pick it up and install a new battery and clean the carb. I picked it up today Sept.18th. I registered it in my name over a month ago. A woman named Jen who works there helped me load it today.I was very happy with the service and friendly people and not complaining about the service or the price. Then I got home and looked and read what the work order said.It was like a bomb going off. I was a little shocked. All the personal comments about me. I bet they never meant for me to see those comments. My mouth is running off and you had to interupt me several times;(your words) and you tried to use my debit card 2 times and it was declined both times.By the way I did have more than enough money in the account to cover the pickup fee.I dont know why it was declined. And to say that this whole thing sounds "shady" and weird. And that you are temped to refuse service.. The scooter was given to me;nothing shady or weird. Maybe my mouth was running off as you put it because I was a little excited at the prospect of getting a scooter. I wonder how many other customers got the same comments but never got to see them. signed: Michael Dennis OConnor...thanks

Telling me how to check the old one etc etc.
The guys at the parts counter located the exact part I needed and had it in Stock.
They can be very busy. Be kind be patient and they will help you to the best of there ability.

Service staff great, sales not so much. Not much discount and they didn't care because they were the only dealer in town up until now. They had a monopoly on Vespa's. If you're looking for better price and service try International Motorsports! I bought mine there in Langley and they have a shop in Vancouver but Vespa Metro has exclusivity for Vancouver so you can buy from Langley and have it delivered and serviced at International Motorsports in Vancouver if that's closer to you. Give IMS a call or visit them, they are WAY more customer service friendly!

Claimed to fix my electric problem with my Vespa. Then when I was stranded on the side of the road they literally drove by and said there was no space to pick me up and left me. Stranded. When I called with an alternate plan they refused to rectify the problem.

I brought our Piaggio MP3 down from Williams Lake. I have done major car rebuilds but this bike had me at my wits end.

They fixed it under the estimate they gave me and did more than I expected. They told me they had to contact Piaggio in Italy to solve the software issue. This is why I took it to the dealer. The hourly rate might be a little higher but they know their products.

Terrible service. Always try to cheat customer. They don't have specialization to identify the issue. I put $600 for very small issue and it's not yet resolved. I am frustrated and these guys just want to grab more money from me when I went to tell them about the issue. Thair service department doesn't know issue at all.
