My care coordinator was amazing! She listened to my questions, found answers and was very friendly. she spoke to me as if we were friends and wanted to help me figure out my problems. Thanks for having great staff that provides top notch customer service.

HORRIBLE! During a pandemic this so called great place to work as they say, decided to give us a 50$ holiday bonus (normally 75$) and cancel the much bigger quarterly bonus we normally get this time of year! That s the thanks we get for helping during this suuuuuper busy time! Place is a joke to work for.

I have reached out to Quantum on 3 occasions trying to determine what a few procedures would cost me out of pocket. Each time I was told I was covered so I had the procedure done and each time I received a bill for a substantial amount of money. I am not a fan. I would much rather speak directly to my insurance company rather than a third party that gives me misinformation. I will say that they are polite but that doesn't help when the bill comes!!

This place is absolutely awful. ALWAYS have issues, communication is terrible. But the worst part is the leadership/supervisors. The people who answer the phones sound like they want to be friendly and helpful, but their supervisors are too controlling and don't let them. This suspicion was confirmed when I asked to speak to a supervisor. This supervisor was SIGNIFICANTLY worse than any customer service agent I've ever spoken to. He did not know anything about my claims, nor did he care. He said "sir" and my name at least 45 times in a 5 minute call and did NOTHING to help resolve my issue. I finally had to ask him to let me talk to the first line agent, again, because at least she understood my issue and was doing what she was allowed to do to help me.

Thank God in Heaven our corporate office decided to drop this hack of a company. Save yourself the headache and money and stay far far away from this unorganized company that has no clue how self-funded insurance is supposed to work. Honestly, I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I genuinely feel bad for the folks who answer calls. They want to help, but they aren't allowed to. It is PAINFULLY obvious that "leadership" doesn't have a clue, nor do they care at all, about the membership. Or the employees for that matter.

Great Company to work at! My daughter works there and loves it and thanks to their inclusion of all types of people I now work there. At my age lots of companies overlooked my potential but not Quantum Health! So I will do my best to make myself a valuable part of a exceptional team of customer service warriors! Thank you for this great opportunity.

Worst healthcare company in the world. This company saves businesses money by denying everything. Their goal is to save the bottom line for big companies. They don t try to help you navigate they throw roadblocks by hiring incompetent people and placing them in management positions. It s a shame and frankly shady company. Any company that you get hired by that uses this company for their benefits run and find a new job. This company is an absolute joke! Run to any other insurance company including UnitedHealthcare
