We got a sea facing room and it was brilliant. Excellent facilities and we were also able to do an early check-in. Breakfast was good and everyone was polite and friendly. Bus stop was very close to the hotel so we could easily go to the city center.
In light of Covid-19 situation and travel restrictions and impossible situations, Adagio Nice Promenade des Anglais is insensitive to issuing refunds and credit is extended only for 2020. Do yourself a favor and avoid bookings at this hotel.
Price, cleanliness, friendly staff, and location! Modest older hotel. Very clean, great price. Would recommend and stay again, when in Nice. Breakfast was included in package selected. Nice selection.
Apartment hotel. Moderately priced but very well placed for Promenade des Anglais and sea front. But of a walk into Nice but team stop nearby. Accommodation has what you need but not best quality. Roof top terrace provides superb views. Only 3k from the airport.
ANNOYING! They only give you two keys for FIVE PEOPLE.
FRUSTRATING! If you let your phone go to lock screen, the WiFi disconnects so you won't get messages unless you check your phone. You have to log back in every time. If you put it on "auto join," it doesn't always work.
GROSS! We had to switch rooms because the tub was clogged; which also meant we couldn't take showers after traveling. We had to wait for maintenance until the next morning; still not fixed so we switched rooms.
The only reason for one star is the view; which is magical.

Location beach front, Big room, cleanliness just ok, Good equipment, No daily cleaning service need to stay more than 4 nights to get daily cleaning service. Overall is good.
Great location for the beach... but a bit of a walk into Nice - but you can get a tram (2) or a bus (12) - (10 for 10 trips - including to & from the airport - bargin). Would stay again- staff really helpful. Rooms are a little tired- could do with a little TLC. Fab views from front rooms. Great city

I had problem on this hotel... I was there last Thursday..
I called the girl at the reception on a phone if I can come with my bike... Because I know he can have problem on a street.. She answer yes I can put you' re bike in a special room.
So I was there with my bike.. But the things they tell me they can ' t put my bike safe...
2 hours after that..
My bike was steel on a front of the hotel...
And the girl laugh and tell me' '' it was fast... ''.
I will say thanks because now I can ' t go to work..because of this stupid girl at reception...
