ANNOYING! They only give you two keys for FIVE PEOPLE.

FRUSTRATING! If you let your phone go to lock screen, the WiFi disconnects so you won't get messages unless you check your phone. You have to log back in every time. If you put it on "auto join," it doesn't always work.

GROSS! We had to switch rooms because the tub was clogged; which also meant we couldn't take showers after traveling. We had to wait for maintenance until the next morning; still not fixed so we switched rooms.

The only reason for one star is the view; which is magical.
