One of the worst IT company in Pune there is a manager Ritesh Thakur(worst manager of the decade ) treats employees like slaves unnecessary speaks a lot he thinks he is a great motivator but he is very irritating person puts tremendous amount of pressure on employees treats people like slaves he should understand if employees are paid well by default they will work no need to being a motivator or a master .
