Tropilte foods company is good but the RSM like specialy santosh chourasya and bajaj sir he is both not good he can't identifi who is wrong and who is right.. And he play politices with junior staff to staff. I fill in the market with him ..he not respected in the market specially santosh.. He talk with customers in very chiep language use look like fresher employe... the Tropilte company Owner is mr punit sir md is very honest for employees ..but the level of senior not good.. The don't want help any kind of help for junior level staff../ And this company Leave the staff but cant leave distruveter.. /I think distruveter hendling the company.. NNot handling company to distruveter... In this company distruveter like a company..Distruveter not respecting to Employees because.... Distruveter thinking I am the company.. And no more any buddy tomuch furzee .claim making....and political..
