Quality Inn Rochester NY Review

The staff are extremely excellent. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable for you as much as possible. If you do have an issue with anything they will correct it right of way. The rooms have comfortable beds , I love the pillows as well. They have a huge parking area, good for those towing a camper or having an RV bus. If you are staying in this part of town and are looking for the Quality Inn standard, then this is the place to be.

Owner and his family live on the premises and are extremely rude. First night spent needed to change room due to broken/insufficient accommodations. Staff stated that because i didnt check my room within 15 min of check in i could not move to a new room. Staff knew we were leaving to oick up food when i checked in and did not state this as a policy. Laundry is not accessible to guest as owner states its "theirs ". I need to extend my stay for an additional night. The owner came to my room the next morning and stated to my children that it is time for us to check out. Worst experience ever! Do not recommend

Disgusting terrible place. Overnight attendee admitted room hadnt been cleaned in 3 days yet still rented out. Threatened when refund was requested 0 stars is fair.

Staff members are awesome. They performed all around superior customer service. The house keeping was on point every day i stayed and the rooms was very well maintained. I will only stay at this hotel on lyell ave when I'm in Rochester. No i wasn't told to write this, if you have the opportunity go stay over night and this is a non smoking facility.

Pretty nice property, even for a quality Inn! Beds are comfy, staff is friendly and there is a Speedway right in the parking lot! What more can you ask for?

Not loud no wild party I love the staff,I just stay there Fri and check out sunday.please don't listen to no negative that is post.im a very clean person and if this hotel was not clean,I would not been there .it might not have a pool but the staff not nasty ,they are down to earth

The appliances weren t working so we had to relocate rooms 3 times. The furniture was old and broken down, the comforter on the bed was stained and ridden with holes and they refused to clean even after we requested it. We had to beg for fresh linens and when they were finally brought to the room, they forgot towels and didn t throw the main trash out. There was also no iron or ironing board so I had to go into my cousin s room to get one. The cleaning lady was rude and obnoxious and refused to do her job, saying something about she only cleans if it s a stay over (what does that even mean?). It should be mandatory that you clean the rooms, not requested. The place is a dump and I would not recommend. It wasn t worth the price either. It s ironic that they call this place quality inn when it s anything but quality.

Great room prices, some staff are very professional & understanding.

Friendly staff will accommodate to guests needs. Great rates quiet and it's near all essential establishments that a person may need.

General manager is a crook. Will charge you twice or 3 times on purpose in hopes that you just forget about it and dont file a charge back. Rooms are dirty. Prices are rising by $10 every month. will be 100$ by April 3rd. Barely worth the 63$ i paid when i was there, definitely not worth $100.

This was bar none the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were rude from the word go, my room keys demagnetized themselves for no apparent reason on multiple occasions, and when someone decided to set the room across the hall on fire (yes, really) they failed to evacuate the building and turned off the fire alarm "to avoid disturbing guests." Complete joke of an establishment, definitely one to be avoided at all cost.

Did my research and on Expedia.com all people ages 18 and up are considered adults on your facility. So I will be reporting this facility to HR.

Very unclean as soon as you walk in the doors..Smell like people pist all over the place..So called manager name Angelia was horrible and is not a people person..
