Room was decent upon arrival although one beside lamp flickered everytime the bed shifted. Had a hard time finding an outlet to charge my phone (it actually died in the middle of the night while plugged up). Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good, bathroom was very tight.
The staff seemed somewhat friendly. The rooms were pretty clean although the chair in our room was heavily stained. The breakfast selection was varied which was nice.
By far one of my best experiences walking into a Quality Inn. The manager personally came and pick me up down the road with the shuttle thank you very much. Upon check-in the counter desk woman was very pleasant good old southern hospitality. I'm very impressed with the smoking room so far see my pictures I will update my review in the morning after breakfast. I brought my Xbox with me and I am getting 62 a hundred megabytes of second on the download so way to go High Speed Wi-Fi. The only thing really wrong with all these chains is nobody is kosher they need to start reaching out to people who do not eat swine.

Well, I was booked at another hotel and canceled to go here. Boy, what a mistake!!! My husband and I needed a get away so badly. We, drove 3 hours to spend the weekend and explore a little. Our first night there I woke at 5am with massive pain in my back and chest. After 3 hours and no relief I told my husband we had to leave to get me to a hospital. When I was discharged I called the hotel and to them EXACTLY where I left my earrings and if they could mail them to me (I would pay for shipping). I was told that house keeping didn t find them!! Oh really??? I told them EXACTLY what they looked like and EXACTLY where they were! My question to them was if house keeping didn t find them who when in the room before house keeping? Needless to say, a relaxing weekend turned into a trip to the ER and well as my earrings being stolen!! Someone other than me is wearing a beautiful pair of earrings!
Called and they said they had rooms. Showed up two minutes later and they said it was all full. Don't trust these people.
Glad they still offer smoking rooms. Didnt like that there is no carpet on the floor in my room.

They don t really wash their pillows... the fridge isn t even cold (as tested overnight) I know a friend that traveled four and a half hours and got kicked out because he was 20 and not 21 but no one told him. Comfy beds, nice breakfast and a good shower.

The sofa was filthy and all the furniture was marked up and desperately in need of replacing. The bathroom wall behind the door has something spilled on it and was still there. The "hardwood" floor was peel and stick that had huge gaps. No mask enforcement in the lobby. Skip this one.
Checked into the hotel last night at 9 o'clock got up this morning to take a shower no hot water no one informed me when I checked That there was no hot water. If I was informed of this information when I checked in I would've went to another hotel. A 20% off instead of 100% in not sufficient if I was properly inform I would've made a better choice I feel they took away my options and I want to a full refund.

Last Friday on my way from Huntsville AL to State College PA, I stayed at this motel. The bed had tobacco stink. I could not sleep due to the stench. Other than the fine structure in front of the motel, the entire place looks like a rundown place.
Its ok for the price. Do not like the doors to the rooms having exterior access.

Is a hotel along the highway, while traveling, cheap, convenient in the room But you have to prepare your own soap, shampoo, it is better because the hotel is not so good. Drinking water should be bought for yourself. (There is no room in the room) Breakfast is provided but is similar to a typical 2 star hotel.
Rooms are confortable. Breakfast was good. I just took 1 star for 2 reasons 1st) the "long hairs" found in the shower. It seems they forgot to clean it! 2nd) The horrible smell at weed when we arrived to the rooms section looking for our assigned bedroom. It was disgusting! Last thing you want to smell when just getting to a place specially with kids!
I enjoyed staying here. The room was nice and large with a king sized bed and a couch. The free breakfast was great, waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, juice, and coffee. Couldn t ask for much more. Although there was much more too choose, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit, to mention. Will visit and stay at another Quality Inn, too bad swimming pool area was closed. Not warm enough yet! Soon though....
Very nice employees very clean hotel rooms very nice continental breakfast and the lady the night that we checked in her name was blessing and she was a very polite lady and the next morning we checked out the lady's name was July and she was a very polite lady taking us out less thing in July was a great blessing.

In all my years of traveling, this was the only hotel that did not clean my room one day during my stay. Also, room air conditioner was so load that it would wake me during the night. I made several rewuests for someone to look at the air conditioner, bit never got any response. I intend to escalate this!
I was there almost a week. For the price and what I needed which wasn't much, I was happy with my stay. A very kind woman named Shelby worked the front desk, she was delightful. My trip was a but tiring mentally, Shelby's friendly nature was very welcoming. Thank You!!

Clean and updated, this is one of the nicer Quality Inns I have stayed in. Rooms are clean with comfortable bedding and pillows. Breakfast was adequate with good coffee. Staff was friendly with easy check in.
Stayed 2 nights but they charged my credit card an extra night and when I called they put me on hold forever

Chris the Manager and Director of Sales of the Property seems to work 24 hours a day. He is on point with ensuring his guests are happy. I even seen him cleaning rooms with his staff which shows his dedication to the satisfaction of his guests.
The front desk employees are amazing to talk to, They are friendly, and very informative of things to do in the Roanoke Valley.
This hotel definitely is setting the bar on Hotel Customer Satisfaction and i would recommend everyone to stay here!
On their sign it says that customer service is their priority. That is not true. Judy at front desk was very rude when I told her about my dissatisfaction of my room. There's roaches also the mat in the bathtub was deteriorating and I couldn't take a bath and I couldn't watch just about all the channels on the tv because it said no signal. All Judy was did was make make me feel bad and tell me it was my fault and told me if I didn't like her she didn't care and told me i attacked her when I was telling her about the issues I had with my stay. She wouldn't want to hear anything I had to say. Horrible room and horrible customer service rude front desk lady. Horrible horrible.

We stayed here on November 12th when all of the hotels near Radford University were booked due to a VA Tech Football Game.
Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was that the curtains were ripped and you can see directly into the room - see photo. I had to move a chair in front the of the window for privacy.
The room was not clean. The bathroom door had urine stains on the back of it, the tub, walls, and floor were also very dirty - see photos.
The room had two chairs. One was broken and the other was badly stained - neither could be used - see photo.
The fire alarm was broken and hanging off the wall. Not operational!
I sent an email to the hotel with photos and was told they could only give me a 50% refund! I've since contacted Choice Hotels and am waiting to hear back. Very disappointed.
This hotel is better than the others on this strip of places to stay while in town. I'm having my Semi Truck repaired across the freeway at Kenworth. They have special rates and shuttle service for CDL holders to and from Kenworth. Even when I got there at mid-night, just before Kenworth closed.
I had a very nice and quiet stay here. The room was clean and well kept and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again, if in the area.
The price was good. We've stayed at multiple places on this trip (5 so far). Some high end and sone not so much. This one is probably my favorite so far. Very relaxing atmosphere, family friendy and CLEAN.
Way over priced, rooms poorly renovated, floors were dirty. Found dead bugs on floor around a/c unit, spiders crawling on the walls. Stayed one night, couldn't wait to leave. Stayed at a nice Hampton Inn the next night for 2.00 cheaper!
I was disappointed and disgusted. The only good thing about this place was Ms. Shelby. Their was constant police activity. The mattresses had stains smaller than usual beds. The toilet was stopped up when I told them the told me to come get a plunger from front desk. Never again horrible experience.
Very nice room and the staff was nice and professional. They even paid for my taxi from the airport. I travel a lot for work and this will be the only place I stay whenever I'm in Roanoke. The manager Mike will go out of his way to help you anyway he can.
Wifi didnt work. Poor water pressure. Ceiling had a very bad leak. The AC didnt work well. Refrigerator was broken There are no convenience stores within acceptable walking distance. Some rooms feel kind of cramped/ dont have alot of space to move around in making it frustrating if the room has 2 or more guests. Breakfast was good. Pool was taken care of. The courtyard/picnic area looked very nice. On one side of the property there is an interesting view looking down over the Roanoke airport runways. Beds weren't uncomfortable. The cleaning staff/maids were nice and helpful.

Beware! They will kick you out if you live within a 50 mi radius.. We find out as we are trying to check in at 5 pm.. They said we tried to call you two hours ago and that they had cancelled our reservation. Very disappointed.
We were supposed to get queen beds but got full size instead. Beds and pillows were too soft for concert. Bathrooms were not up to par. The breakfast and the room was very impressive. Overall it was good.

For the price, it was a good experience. I've stayed at hotels with gross bathrooms at the same price and this place had a clean bathroom and the entire room was up-to-date and well kept. The air conditioner was a little weird, as it stopped running in the middle of the night and then never came back on until we were leaving the next morning. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Nicely remodeled. When checking in yesterday, the front desk staff (older lady) wasn't very helpful or friendly. Had booked 2 rooms & she couldn't find my reservations. Complained the whole time about how she wasn't feeling well & she should've called in since she had a doctor's excuse. On the other hand, this morning when checking out, the man at the front desk was very helpful & friendly. Hotel was clean & had a great breakfast.
It is ok..the rooms were clean and updated..the bathroom was very small.No restraunt..the drink machines at several locations were empty.the snack area in the lobby had a very limited selections of hot drinks.the free breakfast in the morning was satisfactory with many hot selections..the shuttle service van had no identifications..it was a personal mini van that had childerns toys in the floor board..at night a could smell people cooking in their room..the smell of curry was almost over whelming. In a pinch I would recommend.rack room rate was fair.

Room had a funny smell. AC unit leaked, probably causing the smell. Cob webbs along floor board. One of the ice machine rooms was under construction but it was unlocked. Construction went on during the day and was extremely loud. Breakfast was pretty good.
It was clean and great for the price. They were super helpful.we came up from Florida cause of the hurricane and We had our dog staying with family in the area. But then our dog wasn't able to stay with them the whole time. The Staff was super helpful in getting us a pet room quickly.
Worse place to stay i would never book here . Worse staff and manager.! Stay overall poor holes in furniture bathroom tub dirty , we had yellow stains on sheets , pool was dirty took half a day for them to open it. All the staff do is walk around smoke cigarettes all day from the ones i did see. Nobody s was customer service friendly this place is literally a last resort type thing will never book here again horrible !!!!!
The rooms are always clean.The price is right. The sevice is always great!!!!! The complimentary breakfast always fills me up. And overall I just LOVE staying at the Quality Inn.
The front desk clerk Tasha was unwelcoming and had a sour disposition. After confirming my reservations incorrectly the manager came to allow me and my two small children into the room. The room was fine, had strangely very small pillows.
