Quality Inn Roanoke Airport Review

Had me pull up to wait for fries...I am sure the cars behind me got fries too. Disappointing.

Near the airport and the rooms were clean. As expected for the price and hotel chain.

Clean updated rooms, comfortable beds. Conveniently located. Very friendly staff.

My stay was not to bad until I went to breakfast in the morning. As I was in line to get some eggs waiting for another guest to get his eggs, a hotel worker cut right in front of me to get some eggs for herself without even saying excuse me. Acted like I was not even standing there. This to me is totally inappropriate and very rood.The workers should eat after the guest. We're the ones paying for it. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again.

Helpful staff, clean, but in need of some immediate renovation, e.g., the linoleum in my sink area had severe warping from water damage.

Amazing staff, food is good, the customer service is over the top and the prife xis out of this world. Has easy access to the interstate, town, shopping and plenty of restaurants to chose from. Will definatly be staying here again in the near future

No hot water, no phone, no tv remote, floors were filthy. Coffee pot didn't work. Just the nastiest place ever

Comfortable inn about 5 min drive from the airport. Seasonal outdoor pool, small gym and free breakfast. Room was spacious. Would give 5 stars if the shuttle had been available for my flight. Complementary shuttle only from 6am to 6pm

Customer service at location is horrible. I called in advance to verify if I could pay cash as well as if my card would be charged at check in. When I arrived night desk person said they don't take cash payments, I advised of info that I was given he is "oh ok". Than he proceeds to run my card. Please advise ALL of your workers on what your policy is. I did not want my card ran for a reason. Also man behind deck was rude.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly. Had a hard time sleeping. Too hot. Told lady at the front desk. Her response was other than that was the room ok? Bad experience. Won't return to this quality inn.

Saved the day and renewed my faith in moyels off the highway. Front desk associate Blessing truly was one! Clean. Pretty quiet. Decent amenities and good free breakfast.

Outstanding service and room, would stay there again in a heartbeat

We reached Quality Inn at 1:45am after being disgusted by Knights Inn down the road.

Our room at Quality Inn was perfect. It was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it is just a really pretty, cozy place to stay.

The rooms are clean the receptionist was so univiting

Horrible room and very sketchy place almost could not sleep.

Staff was friendly, room had a dead bug in it, was told it was due to flooding from the Hurricane..housekeeping came can cleaned it up..I had prepaid for the room through CAA and when we got home found out they had charged my card even though we didn't have any incidentals.. turns out they charged my card twice more, had to fight to get charges refunded..even though I got and ALL CAPS email from the manager from the hotel..stating they didn't charge my card and refunded it..so ya!!..Breakfast was good, didn't have any meat options but that was okay..bed was nice and comfy and clean..not sure I would stay at Quality inns again no matter where they were and if I did I sure wouldn't give them my credit card number!!

This place is the worst mode behind the wall paper, wall paper was hanging non-smoking rooms smell like smoke floors where sticky but they tried to offer other rooms, but hospitality was nice I can say that.

As a Diamond Elite member I never expected to be treated the way I was treated there. After a 16 hour shift I was told I could not stay there because I was less than 50 miles from my home. I was 62 miles from home. Then the jerk told me my license which expires in 12-20 was not any good. He was to stupid to read the date on it. I did call him stupid because he was. I don't apologize for telling the truth.

1. Iron bed frame stick out hurt my ankle. 2. clock was not set right made me missed breakfast and late. and their breakfast ends 9:30. 3. got one big mosquito bite on my arm, didn't sleep well 4. sheets were dirty, and room got a little funny smell. 5. they dont care about my complaints.

Good breakfast, nice beds, close to convention center

It's very peaceful, and if you need some alone time with your thoughts there's plenty of privacy to walk around the Inn at night.

Well my stay was bitter sweet, first the price that s on the website is not the price i was charged for each night, Second...the WiFi was down for the whole weekend, so the first night I had to walk to another area to make a phone call, Thank god the receptionist changed my room, the curtains need to be washed badly....oh and the cable package sucks lol....but other than that it was quiet and I was able to get some much needed rest....

I stay with my girlfriend family for a family reunion, we booked her at the quality in , the room was not as clean as we thought, the staff was not accommodating. We had staff invade our room while we where not in the room while no work was done , so why where you in my room if you Weren t cleaning our changing or giving new stuff. We accused of actions that where done I have medical cannabis card in the state of Maryland I m very clear with the hotel rules of no smoking in the room, that does now state I can not have my stuff on me personally. I smoked in my car and I was outside i never disobeyed there rules, I had all the trash in trash we leave they go in the trash to take out something leave it on counter to tell my grandmother this was left here when it wasn t, we the left the room clean trash in bags tied up and we never smoked in it. The hotel was in my grandmother name we would wanna have something fault her and we seen the sign when I first walk in smoking in room 230 fine. I do apologize for my mom that was going crazy because she was very upset about the situation but we wrongly accused and charged for something we did not do. I feel like we racially profiled and will never come back to establishment. They do all this stuff tending to rules but don t even take care of the place it s horrible , all they do is sit outside smoke and walk around, pool was barley open and wasn t clean never agin. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! I m sad my grandma had to go through this and be charged extra 150 dollars for something we didn t do just messed up. Like I said falsely accused we did not smoke in room Point blank manager Chris doesn t know how to even run the place he want even there when we where staying he was there on the last day then say we smoked in room is crazy we didn t do and we know the rules i never jeopardize something that s not even in my name .

Had to wait after check-in for the room to be cleaned. But overall a good night.

Best hotel bed I've ever slept on. The new renovations are very nice and breakfast was great and plentiful. I'll stay there again if I ever pass through.

The Inn is very Clean. The room is spacy, has everything. wifi quality is excellent. no password. The breakfast is too simple. The building has two storages but no elevator.

Clean sheets, dirty stained floors, and bad water pressure but it was quiet and i slept well.

What a great room, bed, mattress, pillows, decor, furniture, floor, shower - EVERYTHING! Wonderful stay!!! Will be back!

Great view from dinning area. The room was not so great. The Key to our room kept messing up and had to get someone from the front to reset it.

The room was nice and comfortable. I liked the breakfast.

Great value and good security and parking if you have a trailer. They have the police patrol regularly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

1st off the tub clogged up during my shower. 2nd off check out is at 11....i woke up at 11 bc of much needed sleep....at check in the really nice people that checked me in said if its going to be a little passed 11 thats ok. Im in the shower i get 3 calls to my room.....if thats not bad enough these nut jobs called my cell phone!!! Talk about harassing your customers!!

Adequate. Nice people, facility a bit worn down. Breakfast bar weak.

My wife went here for a seminar. She had to breastpump and asked for a place to do it and the front desk attendant pointed to a storage room that was dirty and uncomfortable. When one of The seminar hosts asked if my wife could use a room, they said the storage room would work fine. Needless to say, they didn't do a good job accommodating for the needs of their guest.

I went to the Quality Inn for the Repticon event. The room got very hot and crowded quickly, but I don't know that much could have been done about that in that location.

Free breakfast and confmy. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Nice, updated rooms. Close to the airport and downtown Roanoke. It is located near an industrial area, so ask for a room on the office side if you mind construction vehicles beeping in reverse gear at 6am

The most amazing staff and the rooms are alays clean

Staff are untrained. If you use a debit card BEWARE, they put all kinds of "pending" charges. At one point they over drafted my account and I had triple the amount of money to have covered my stay. They don't warn and after speaking with 4+ staff members a manager finally explained.
Room was huge but not well cleaned. There 5 days and room never cleaned.
Emailed hotel and corporate but never got a response. What a nightmare.
PS: you will get to know your neighbors well as you can hear everything.

Rooms are a little dated and the plumbing isn't the greatest but daily turn down service is available and a decent breakfast is offered free of charge

It's a spit-shined motel - not a hotel. Fake hardwood floors, a door that opens to the outside, hard beds, old beat-up furniture. Not worth the price. The manager was very rude. Lack of staffing. Took too long to check in. Stay somewhere else.

Nice place. Nothing fancy but everything was clean.

Good value for a quick overnight. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport transportation big help and prompt. Room clean except rug. Pool area looked nice and ground well kept despite some construction going on.

After arriving at this hotel I was disgusted by the the yellow stained sheets dirty shower head over dirty would not recommend this place to anyone 1 star is an appropriate rating .. ..

Asked for a linen service and room clean, didn t change the sheets or clean the room... Folded the bed linens but still the same dirty sheets.. who knows if the towels are fresh... free breakfast but no bacon. Powdered eggs and barely any sausage in the sausage gravy. Also, the main lobby smells like urine. At least the room didn t have any bed bugs..

Good clean rooms, much better than the M6's & S8's, would have given 5 stars if the coffee was bearble, it was terrible...

Front desk personal were welcoming; lobby and rooms immaculate; grounds well kept; room rates - more than fair. Loved my stay!

Would not rent to me. Said they would not rent to anybody local despite my house being fumegated and I needed somewhere to stay. Can't tell you about the hotel except for bad business practices!

Great place to stay, good breakfast, quiet room and staff was very helpful. Would stay again. Suggested I park my motorcycle under the canopy, didn't even have to ask.

So much better than I expected. It's NOT a fancy hotel, but the quality you get for the price is quite a surprise and the little lady at the front desk made me feel like I was at a bed and breakfast

Loud, not the best environment and seemingly some disagreement between staff as they were shouting and complaining at one another then discussing the conversation they had with each other with the patrons. I am glad that I was on the other side of a large and loud event but the noise and shouting continued out into the parking lot in front of our room! I would not go back there.

Had very nice stay at the Quality Inn . I was there Two weeks while my Truck was in the Shop. Every one was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. I definitely would say there again.

The room was very nice but the staff and service have a lot of work to do. Breakfast is pretty good though with a lot of variety...

Clean rooms....decent rates not too expensive...good value

It wasnt the best place i have stayed and not the worst the refrigerator didnt work in room has no ashtray in a smoking room but it did have a flatscreen and cable wasnt bad had hd channels if i came back to roanoke virginia i would stay somewhere else.

Went to stay but failed to realize they don't accept guests who live within 50 miles. Sat in lobby for 30 mins filled out online reservation (for better price) and then found out I couldn't stay, looked nice from lobby though.
