Comfortable
no wifi in rooms

Very noisy! It's a Melrose Place style setup where the rooms circle and look over the restaurant - very strange and intimate I guess. Noise from dinner guests and the general clearing up of dishes etc.. Kids running up and down the stairs and around the restaurant. Great if you're in a group situation but not ideal if you're alone or with young babies.. the noise just travels!

The staff are all most friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. I'd have no problem in recommending this motel to anyone.

5/5 venue for language oral exams, glad I could wait inside rather than in a carpark

Room was very tidy, only problem being the bed is on wheels that do no lock so bed moves all the time and slides away from the wall.

Friendly staff. The rooms where nice and breakfast was very tasty.

Rooms a quite new, bathrooms are excellent, beds are very uncomfortable and extremely soft. Rooms are located in a circle around the main entertaining area can get a bit noisy Saturday night when bands play.

Attended for a VCAA examination. Room was clean and organised.

Not fancy, under renovation. Restaurant not open Sundays. Rooms surrounded restaurant. Clean reception staff cold.

Rooms were neat, clean and tidy, staff were helpful and facilities were very useful

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and modern they have obviously recently renovated and it shows. The bathroom is nice, clean and fresh although the water wasn t hot in the evening (I found out that I could have called up and it would have been quickly fixed).

Buffet breakfast was good quality with the usual range including crispy hash browns :-)

If I travel to the Ringwood area again, I ll be happy to stay here.

Pillows were really bad. Needs to be updated and needs a good clean. Pillows very uncomfortable. Bathroom tiles broken.

I was thrown out by my partner, it's probably a common scenario but I needed a place to stay until I found somewhere more permanent.

Quality Hotel Manor is amazing. The staff are flexible and accommodating, everything is clean and I think you would struggle to find anywhere in the inner city this good for this price. The decor is 90's but charming and they have a beautiful restaurant in Natalie's. Would definitely stay here again.

CHEAP and CLEAN

Rooms are very big and the restaurant is beautiful

The rooms don t keep the noise out from the music and talking from the restaurant but it s bearable
If you re looking for somewhere quite this probably isn t your place

Shower is a great size and the room is very modern, 5 minute drive to Eastland and 5 minutes to get onto the east link

Excellent beds...best night sleep for a long time. Great showers and breakfast was a delight. Needs a paint job, however looking forward to our next stay.

Rooms are amazing. And very VERY reasonably priced. Lovely clean and modern. This is our second stay.
The Friday night Sri Lankan banquet is amazing. Compliments to the chef. Well worth coming here for a meal. A+

Been Here for breakfast and dinner. Using the 2 for 1 shop a docket deals brings the prices down to normal prices

Don t stay here on a Friday night if you re wanting to get any sleep!!
Very loud entertainment playing until 23:00 in the main dinning area, which is the central hub of the hotel, where all the rooms connect.
My kids didn t manage to get to sleep until after 23:00, and we had to be up early the next day to catch our connecting coach.
Receptionist was completely uninterested in my feedback the next morning. Didn t ask how my stay was, and didn t make eye contact when I provided my feedback.
Won t stay here again!

Amazing value for money, clean, new, modern, large rooms have stayed here 3 or more times for business trips

Friendly and helpful staff. Enough parking spaces including undercover. Courtyard dining experience with the bar. Tea and coffee facilities.

Such a nice quiet relaxing place to visit. The people who run this place, especially in the restaurant, simply cannot do enough for you.

Food was very poor quality.
Chips were like reheated chips from the fish shop.
Tryed to have a shower and the water took 10 minutes to get hot and poor water pressure.
Not good value for money over priced.
Will not be staying there again.

Room has just been renovated, was clean and we'll kept parking was easy. Very good value for money.

I love the buffet breakfast, and spa suite! Very nice restaurant in terms of ambience. Still there are things to be improved of course, like plastic plants in the middle, to be cleaned regularly as it gets really dusty. Overall, very good.

Stayed there with my boyfriend over Christmas, the room was much more spacious than we anticipated, the bathroom was modern and sparkly clean and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Check out the Mexican restaurant down the road too.

Very spacious room, friendly staff and good food at restaurant.

Wonderful staff very patient. Looking forward to returning. Stayed in room 102 which will always be our preference in the future. We have decided to make this our preferred place to stay. As everyone loved our little guild puppy in training Uri.

the dreaded place of assessment for many vce students. from a hotel perspective it appears ok although a little tacky and outdated

Load music playing in restuarant outside my room....impossible to get any rest

This place is a shadow of it's former self it used to have class..
It needs a makeover and new owners food is very ordinary
At least fix the Natalie's sign out the front!

Clean tidy comfortable and I correct my review with no wifi in rooms as I was in a room way down back and was patchy we moved a few rooms up and wifi good and fast connection

Overall was clean and comfortable. Only thing is access from the carpark to the rooms is a little inconvenient.
