Came Here at 12.05pm Not many people, the Girl at the counter is providing the best Service and Food portion is very appropriate for a Big stomach! Love it and See you tomorrow at lunch!

Love this place. It s been one of my favs in the CBD for years. The food is great, service is friendly and always prompt. A good value for money feed for sure. Definitely recommend!

This place can be such a mixed bag. I love the vittoria coffee (I like a milder roast) and so constantly keep coming back. But sometimes the service really disappoints. Like this morning, the guy who is supposed to be taking th orders is having a lovely chat with his colleague while the line grows. All of a sudden he realises the queue is almost out the door and runs over to help . I give my order and pay and then as my coffee comes out I get asked to pay again. I have to go back to my bank account and prove that I ve actually already paid. I keep coming for the coffee, but not sure it will be enough in the future as you want to start your day with a positive. I remember once a year or so back suggesting that my muffin was a little stale. The look I got says everything about customer service. I thought it was always better to speak up when something was sub standard to give the cafe a chance to fix the problem (i wasn t looking for a refund).

Bad experience today... me: Can i have a small serve of roast beef and some salad.. them: No we don't do a small roast beef, you have to do a large one as per the board. Me: but i don't want a large serve, can't i just have salad and a small serve of beef? Them: No, those are the rules, you have to have the standard . Me: can't you be flexible? Them: we are very flexible... me: stony glare and large sigh.. just a plate of salad then

Every day I get a coffee from the Terace Deli it is delivered with a smile and a have a nice day from all staff .

I always enjoy my lunch here. The staff are always lovely too. A great inexpensive place to have lunch in the CBD.

Had the tortellini, i guess it was good considering i bougt a voucher off of meal pal. If you're keen for a quick and homely type meal. For a Monday it was good. Wouldn't recommend if you want something more tha average food.

Remember when you were a child and the local deli had a sandwich counter? In a weird way this place pays homage to the old sandwich counter. You can pick the filling type of bread etc.

Why eat here? Why not pay $15 for a sandwich or a wrap? The food here is honest, it doesn t pretend to be anything other than good value and quick.

The toastie is no frills and eat say for example, a cheese and tomato toastie without having to dislocate your jaw. If we re honest all food these days is of epic proportions and most sandwiches dwarf 101 Collins. The service is excellent and they offer free lollies, I m partial to a cheeky raspberry lolly in the morning.

Nice ambiance and reasonably priced food. Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly a young waiter called Alec who seems to work very hard. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for somewhere to go on their lunch break for a quick bite to eat.

Extremely poor customer service. I'm appalled at the standers of their services. They do not assist customers to the best of their ability. Terrace Deli if you're reading this please assign yourself and your team with further customer service training. Thanks

Excellent and spacious place to drink a coffee or have a good lunch. You have several options to choose from from a buffet made of salads, proteins as beef, lamb or chicken and chips, rice or hot vegetables. All of this are prepared freshly every day with different recipes so you can go every day without getting bored of the same flavors.
The lunchtime finalizes at 3pm but it's better to be there early between 12 and 130pm or you will get short on options to pick.

You can also ask for your food to take away and it will be packed and ready to go immediately as you finish your order.

Food and location are great. But staff don't listen to payment directions and just do what they want.
