Has good infra, traffic,parking are major issues. Seems to be always crowded

Excellent place to work .. Well maintained with all facilities and amenities.. surrounded with greenery it gives u awesome atmosphere in rainy season ...

Quadron doesn't have a basement parking instead open parking

Need to work more on food kiosk. Food quality is not bad.

Nice business park, lots of parking. Eco friendly environment. Hills and greenery giving nice feeling.

One of the great IT parks I must say. Located in hinjawadi phase 2. Infrastructure is quite impressive. Parking space is quite huge. It's been used to cover overspacing. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the campuses.

Nice office. Decent infrastructure. Just beside the road. No commuting issues.

1. Very outside from main Pune city.
2. Located in hinjewadi phase 3.
3. All building well built up with safety features.
4. Excellent atmosphere in rainy and Winter season.
5. For job it's one of the best location.
6. Buildings given international river names.

Quadron park now embassy quadron business park accommodates one of the best companies in the market for IT, Finance, BPO or KPO's. Their Farmville like gardens in which they grow beautiful flowers and veggies gives an amazing feeling of freshness while being there.

Good place to work for. Management works tirelessly to keep it happening.

No Parking Place for Visitors for such huge complex. Has to park vehicle outside on the road in No Parking zone.

It depends ..In my case, I spent the happiest time of life in Pune. The reason being comfortable and cherishing atmosphere at the Cognizant training academy, a group of like-minded friends and the most important one Testing Automation as my domain. As you might be aware of the fact that testing is the easiest of domains that one can get, so we spent our weekends exploring places in hinjewadi(basically different restaurants as all of us are foodies ) and near it. If you want to enjoy your time here, all you need to have is a good group and here is a sheer idea of how to make one. I will tell you what I did.

Interact with different persons and and find out the ones who are alike.

Eventually one of our friend was about to leave the company for some reasons and we got a reason to party(I mean send-off).

We dinned in at Lemon Tree (Nearbuy coupons made that happen :p )

That was an evening well spent and we became friends for life (atleast I feel it.)

Then we went on numerous trips together and enjoyed a lot. Thanks to Cognizant for taking us all to Adlabs Imagica (that was the first trip and would have been unaffordable for us). Lavasa, Mahabaleshwar, Kashid beach, Shirdi and numerous others.

Meanwhile, I am on bench from the last 22 days. Thanks to the BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. Still accept everything as it comes to you and forget about the rest. This in the only way to spend good time and form memories for life.

Most of the mentors here are young and they appreciate your work, they listen to you patiently and Yes! they work as well as party hard..

The atmosphere that you get in CDC(Training Academy) helps you to understand Cognizant better as here we do not have barriers of age or designation. You can share your ideas and explore Cognizant.

We have Table Tennis Room, Meditation Room etc in CDC so yes apart from your training you can enjoy these activities too.

Climate of Pune is good so weekends are super fun with your friends..

Last but not the least I love Cognizant, Pune as it helped me to make life time friends and it taught me the know how of the corporate world.

Even a friend of mine who belongs to Chennai chose Cognizant, Pune for her project location. Although it differs from person to person about their experience in Cognizant, Pune. But in general its good.

Well my words will not suffice, Cognizant(Pune) is a place to experience.. :-)
I had a nurse turn off my oxygen so the patient next to me could have a party. Then she threatened me with a painful test to keep me quiet.

I was 30 and had been working a lot of overtime. One night after staying late at the office as usual, I woke up in the middle of the night with the feeling I was drowning. I sat up in bed, feeling just awful, and all my breathing passages would fill with fluid the second I tried to lie back down. I was pretty sick.

After three days of trying to tough it out and being unable to sleep, I went to see my doctor. By then my color was a funny shade of gray, and I was put in the hospital immediately, with a diagnosis of bronchitis, the flu, and pre-pneumonia.

I was assigned a room with another patient and hooked up to oxygen. Finally I was able to breathe enough to drift off to a blessed sleep.

I was rudely awakened by the nurse taking off my oxygen mask and removing the tank from beside my bed. I was so hoarse I could barely speak, but I protested as best I could. She said the sound of the oxygen tank was disturbing the party the girl in the adjacent bed was having. Through the drawn curtains I could just make out balloons and hear numerous voices.

Then I got really angry. I started to cry. I told the nurse I hadn t slept for 3 days, and finally when I got something that helped me get some rest, it was being taken away so someone could have a party. I told her I wanted my oxygen back, RIGHT THEN!

The nurse looked at me the way a teacher would look at a toddler having a tantrum. She told me to be quiet and behave myself or she would give me a blood gasses test

Worst security service, not sure why they keep such goons. Rather goons would be more polite. I wish it could be closed forever and these stupid people starts begging
