Quadron Business Park Ltd. (Formerly DLF) Review

Business park with Cognizant, Barclays, eClerx and TCS presence in it. One of the major business parks in Hinjawadi.

Construction quality is below average. Lack of greenery and there is no rain water harvesting system in place.

Don't take your vehicle here. Gate keeper will ask you to park it in front of No Parking sign on your responsibility.

It's good to be working in this place.
Only thing amiss is better food options in the common cafeteria and a little bit more of greenery inside the campus, nothing which you can't get used to.

Good place to work, easy public transport, good food, available, parking area a little congested, nice view!!

Boring place to work. Not even a single utility shop nearby forget about good restaurants. Sometime if u got free time from work...and spend some ti.e in a mall or multiplex...just forget bout it cause the nearest would be E SQUARE PIMPRI.

Parking is insufficient...come after 11, u gotta park hell far away under the hills...and the icing on the cake...The security guards misbehave a lot. May it be parking or where to sit...they are very arrogant.

The IT park located in Rajiv Gandhi IT park hinjewadi

Located at outskirts of Pune .There are 4-5 companies are in this park.

Small hub of major IT Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Barclays etc. Divided into 4 parts Q1 Q2 Q3 and Q4. With a huge food outlets including Subway Dominos etc.

It has many MNC company's offices here. The problem is parking. Very less parking area is provided, however a large crowd come here everyday for work.

It's an IT park under MIDC, four towers(Q1-4) a food court (QCafe) and a play school. Well maintained and organised.

Good place to work and have some fun along the way with great places to try out different food and also play TT and pool

Nice place away from city, ample parking space too but high traffic in peak hrs of mrng and evng

Visitor's parking is issue. Other than that everything else is fine.

Well maintained facilities and a Hinjewadi landmark.

It is a good work space building with ample of open space and integrated food court in hinjewadi apart from some big IT infrastructure like Infosys, TCS, wipro. But there is still lack of shops are counters for daily needs stuff.

Nice IT park equiped with well managed security, ambulance services, canteen facilities, gym etc..

Workplace with natural surroundings. All available at single spot. Food, accessories and nature complimenting corporate environment.

Access is easy. Good options for public transport. There are alternate routes so that you can beat traffic.

Multi company IT park and a common cafeteria... Good work place

Neat and well maintained campus. Green and spotless and helpful security guards and staffs. Bus stand is located in front of main gates and entrance. Located in front of DLF company and Hinjewadi 2nd phase. Cognizant, Barclays and E-clerx are the main companies located in this tech park. You can reach here by any bus which has destination as Hinjewadi 3rd phase.

One of the best locations to work I've ever come across. Surrounded with mountains and greenery [getting destroyed gradually :( ]

Very nice and Safe area security on gate is very much alert. Overall it really very nice premises.

You will not get delivery inside the premises and you will have to walk alot to get your parcel
