Quadron Business Park Ltd. (Formerly DLF) Review

Parking is a prob if you are a visitor . Multiple companies within the quadron ,however the cafeteria is too crowded during lunch breaks.You won't get a seat if you go there at peak time.

This is a nice work place with lot of foodie option in and around. Also the facilities inside are good.

Facility is growing old ! Infrastructure needs maintenance

Ideal office space in the heart of Hinjewadi it park. Safe Parking.Barclays ,TCS, cognizant, all big brands are there.A lot of food options. And a Day care facility what else you need?

Wish they had covered parking for all the buildings in the campus.

Thee are 3-4 companies located here it's place front of Magarpatta near from Hadapsar bridge. Limited variety of food in canteen on entry gate there are small stall fr breakfast.

Comprising of four companies, The Quadron Business Park is a good place to work in. Also, the scenery outside the Park is too beautiful.

Multiple MNCs have their offices here like Cognizant, eClerx, Barclays etc.

Currently companies are Barclays, TCS, cognizant, e-clerks, and common food court in Q4 building, having total 4 buildings

Accessible from every corner of pune and pcmc.....very good cafeteria. Ambiance is quite nice. Difficult to park a visitor vehicle.

Its well mentained place with good security, canteen and trees.

Heavy traffic in peak hours but surroundings are beautiful. An office space surrounded by lush green hills on 3 sides

Parking problems, descent atmosphere, ok ok free space.

Many organisations in a single place, environment is good. Q4 has alot of fun options.

Good place for working nice and calm. There are multiple companies like congnizent, Barclays, eclerx etc. Also a huge cafeteria with multiple variety of food. Easy to work.

IT location for various companies. Barclays Congnizant. EClerks.

Infrastructure is good. There is a common Q Cafe for all the companies. It have wide range of options available from north indian food to south indian food. The only drawback is during lunch time 12-2 am it is highly crowded and same happens during evening snack time.

An amazingly infrastructured IT business park in Hinjawadi village, surrounded by mountains and non- stop breeze(windy sometimes). Never ending traffic in peak hours and requires patient person to ride/drive to this park.

One of the IT part of Quadron business. currently there are two parks one is at Hinjewadi Phase1 and other at Phase 2.

It's a good place to work and have safe infrastructure

Previously known as DLF IT park. It has Barclays, E-serve, Cognizant, TCS as it's tenant. There is only 1 common cafeteria which proves to be inadequate. Greenery is less and there is parking shortage too. It's not a campus but a multi bldg office space.

Don't know why they call this place to be in phase 2, it's almost into phase 3. Well maintained parks, parking, cafeteria. Only drawback, the cafes are closed on Sundays and very few vendors operate on Saturday.

Spacious park yet food options are not that much great.

This Quadron Business Park host company like TCS, Barclays, CTS and eClarx. The inside ambience and facilities are good but that much great!.

It's built on the foot hills of Western Ghats. Fresh air and soothing winds are a definite during the on start of Monsoon. Facilities are good and operattional. One good thing is it doesn't get flooded in monsoon.

Nice place to work, good and tight security round the clock...
