Get results from a computer only. Not a smart phone

During a pandemic, no one should be waiting 6 days plus for test results. If you expect good quality service don't use Q labs. Worst experience ever.

My wife...granddaughter and I had covid19 tests done at our local Ranson WV Convention center on October 3. It's now been 10.....TEN.....days. Still NO RESULTS. Absolutely pathetic.

BTW....the 1 star rating.....not even close.
