Fab experience from Europan today. In 14 day quarantine and still very much in need of coffee! Ordered via Uber Eats and coffees/food arrived in no time. Thanks so much - excellent food and service!

I absolutely love this place! The pastries are nothing short of fresh and delicious every day and the staff are so nice. I have been here a few times now and the experience has never let me down. The sfogliatella and Nutella donuts are *INCREDIBLE* - I cannot recommend them enough and cannot wait to go again. Definitely stop by here if you have the time, you will not regret it.

Have you heard of the coffee Roasters 'Single O'? It's my favourite and I'm so lucky to have my local cafe, Rose Bakehouse, using these beans!!! If you're after the best coffee in Rose Bay, this is the place to go!!!

Found this little gem by accident but we will definitely be back. Love that you can sit outside with dogs and the staff are very welcoming of them too! Our brunch was delicious and the coffee is great. All round a fab little cafe!

Regularly visit for great coffee, breakfast, and beautiful muffins. BUT, why at 4.25pm, was I told it was too late for a sit down coffee (take away only), with the cafe open until 5?? My only complaint

17 March 2019. Raining. Rain coming in over window. Patrons getting wet. Staff tried to soak up water. To no avail. Slashes or holes in seats covered by cushions. Dirty surfaces. Dirty ladies toilet. Ingrained dirt. Generous banana bread. Good coffee. Fine staff.

Really good! The eggs benedict with rosti was really tasty (although I substituted the smoked trout for bacon since I don't eat seafood) - couldn't really fault it. The strawberry milkshake was also as delicious and absolutely massive. The prices are about on par, maybe even a tad better, than surrounding cafes. All in all, a really enjoyable breakfast and they seem to be coping with the coronavirus well, with every other table sectioned off for the time being.

A nice little Rose Bay cafe that harkens to the areas post-war central European refugee heritage.

The staff was friendly and professional. The drinks are perfectly nice, and there is a good selection of old world nibbles and small deserts in the classic Cafe style. The breakfast selection is not as large as the online menu any more, but the Shakshuka was very satisfying with perfect eggs and seasoned just spicy enough.

To note though is the prices are pretty steep when it comes to sides, and not especially in par with the quality of drinks. Also the space is a bit drafty, so even a couple of tables away from the front door had biting cold wind chilling the knees, so in winter try to get further indoors.

Friendly staff and a nice place to sit.

Friendly staff and a nice place to sit.
The avocado toast is a bit small and $3 for 3 extra cherry tomatoes is a bit much. But... very tasty. So is the haloumi toast, and this one is a nice portion.
The juices are nice and the pastries are good.
Nice spot, will come again.

Good! Wasn't blown away by the food as much as I expected. The menu looks really good but we found the portions too small and the food itself was a little dry. The staff was really lovely however, and the drinks were just the way we love them.
Don't think it was bad. Just not as good

Yum!

Having moved recently to Rose Bay I was so happy to find Rose Bakehouse. James and his team not only make amazing coffee and food, but they treat customers like family. My daily coffees here honestly helped me to instantly feel at home within my new suburb. 1000% Recommend the sticky chai latte with oat milk!

My new local in Rose Bay. How have I only just found this little gem? By far the best BLT in Sydney, the most mouth watering pastries and more importantly, fantastic banter with the wonderful cafe staff. 10/10 Get around it.

Great local cafe. Great coffee. Have been coming here since it opened, thru different names and owners. The current owner James and his staff are friendly and customer focussed. Special mention must be made of James' commitment to his customers' safety during Covid times. Thank you.
