I have used Pyramid for years. Every single technician is friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix our furnace when other companies were telling us that there nothing they could do except add another air intake. I am happy to recommend them!

Don't we all dread it when you go turn on the furnace and it doesn't work... I immediately picture a visit to Jiffy Lube to have my oil change and the team member explains if my car does not have at least 3 services, they are not responsible for my disabled vehicle...We all know the story. I went down the Google reviews and found Pyramid Heating. Hopped on their website and realized my search now rolled into after hours. I went on the online chat and listed my information and brief description. Shortly after I had an email regarding an appointment for the very next morning. Wow -Great!! Currently the town is experiencing a "Stay at Home" request from the Governor and only a handful of businesses are open. I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to come out to begin with. The next day a really nice man named Keith arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and figured out the problem really fast. He got it back up and running, provided some helpful tips and suggestions on what we could do to have the furnace running smoothly. I was so please to hear how reasonable their prices are. Finally my bill $170. Next day service? I didn't have to buy 3 services and sign a year long maintenance membership agreement! Keith was really an A+ knowledgeable guy who truly is an asset to Pyramid. I really appreciate this company even during our countries hard time. This really should be your first call when your searching for a Heating and Cooling company. I'm thrilled to now have my new go-to business. Highly recommend!!

Pyramid just completed the replacement of an oil furnace with a gas furnace in the house we recently purchased. Prior to deciding we got 4 bids from various installers. There was no comparison between how knowledgable and informative their person, David Salholm, was vs all the other people who provided bids.
If for no other reason you owe it to yourself to request a bid from Pyramid.
Once the bid was accepted by us, the communication between Pyramid and us during the long wait for the gas company to install a gas line was exemplary. Best of all they did an impeccable job installing the furnace in rather challenging circumstances.
You cannot possibly do any better at finding the right company to install your furnace.

Pyramid had an amazing crew! My initial contact was Comfort Consultant, Dan Sumner, who actually fixed my original problem with some simple adjustments when he came for the consultation. Dan thoroughly explained the Aeroseal process and then promptly followed up when I decided to go for it. The crew that came out to do the work, Rick, Alexsis, and Gabe did a fantastic job. They skillfully covered all surfaces and were careful to keep things clean and protect any furnishings. Actually, if I hadn t been there to watch I probably would never have known they were there. As to the Aeroseal process. It s only been a day since but there is no detectable smell and my house feels warmer already. The printout report showed how much the Aeroseal sealed the ventilation an 89.9% reduction in leakage. I can t wait to see how this will effect my heating bills. I highly recommend this company.

We have been with Pyramid since 2006 and love our Carrier furnace and Air Conditioner that we had them install a couple of years ago.
I recently had a sewer line break and flood my main level then travel into my floor register then into my lower level. Needless to say my ducts needed cleaning. Once all the repairs were made I called Pyramid to clean my ducts and cleanout my dryer vent too. Scheduling was so easy and fast, received a reminder of my appointment, the technician arrived on time and the service went fabulously. Rick, the tech, was so polite and professional, he took his shoes off without even being asked to do so, he explained what he was going to do, how he planned on doing it and how long it would take. I can't express how pleased I was with the service. I'm definitely keeping Pyramid Heating & Cooling on my list of go-to companies.

Had them do maintenance on A/C unit. Technician was professional, courteous and friendly. Explained what he was doing and issues to keep an eye on.
Please be aware of this completely unethical company. I ordered service on a new ac unit they installed. They came and caused a leak that destroyed my living room. They made no effort to fix the issue, threatened me personally over the phone, and denyed responsibly throughout the insurance process.
This lead to them winning in insurance arbitration (somehow) even though they refused to cooperate in any way with the process including submitting any documentation (and I submitted all documents/pictures).
Because of Pyramid's absolute lack of any moral compass, I lost $10,000 dollars in repairs and three months of use our our living room.
Please avoid the heartache and financial pain Pyramid caused my home and family and choose a vendor that respects their customers.
Calling Pyramid was the worst mistake I could have made please don't become a victim as well.
This firm is one of the most fair and honest heating and cooling firms I have ever used on my rental properties.
Randy (Technician for Pyramid) had just pulled up to service my neighbors furnace so I ran over and asked him a question about my own inoperative furnace in my property.
Randy was kind enough to come over immediately after he repaired my neighbors furnace and in 2 minutes he discovered that I had incorrectly wired a new thermostat which was blowing out a fuse in the furnace which he quickly replaced.
He also refused to charge me for his 5 minutes of work so now Pyramid Heating & Cooling will be my go to Heating & Cooling firm for all my rentals. Thanks again Randy.
I have been having an issue with my boiler system for three months and used a different company initially for help without fixing the problem after 2 visits. Pyramid heating and cooling correctly and competently diagnose the problem and repaired it. Athen came out and not only found the issue quickly but was also able to let me know what regular maintenance and schedule should be. Very pleased with the service overall

Our house was built in 2006. We bought the house in September 2017. One of our two 14-year-old heating systems failed just as the colder weather came upon us. Our main floor system was dead. A neighbor recommended Pyramid and I am so glad he did. Our Pyramid service tech, Deon, was so personable and forthcoming about all he found out about our failed old system. He explained each step he took to diagnose the problems and the potential for repairing it. He got the system "up and running" for now. His inspection of the second system revealed a significant leak in the unit. It's on it's last legs, too. Deon shared all the relevant information about that furnace/heat pump, too. Now, we can have a few days to evaluate the replacement of the 2 furnaces and 2 heat pumps we have in our 6,000 sq. ft. home. I believe that part of the cost of the home visit will be applied to a new system in case we purchase from Pyramid, so that's an added bonus. Great work, thorough explanations!

Pyramid came yesterday to do our spring AC service. Their tech was on time, courteous and professional. Took time to explain what he was doing & best way to maximize system. I also appreciated small things like putting booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt into our home and emailing receipt to us when he finished. Overall very satisfied with Pyramid and plan to continue to utilize for our heating/cooling needs.
Very good experience with the tech. He performed an extensive check of the furnace and pointed out problems with the heat exchanger that could result in improper ignition and blowback. His advice was that we should replace our more than 50 year old unit with a new, modern furnace, and then he put me in contact with his office to schedule a consultation with a sales rep. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated not being pressured but rather informed about future steps to take.

These guys are easy to work with. We have the 3-year maintenance plan and, even though it s a lot of money up front, it really is worth it. We didn t want to be caught with a big issue from not maintaining our systems so regular maintenance was smart, and the priority service from being a subscriber came in handy when the huge fires blew smoke in and our furnace needed a service. We got prioritized adequately and I could have asked for even sooner if we d needed it.
The service techs always put on booties and are efficient, professional, and polite. They ll answer all my random questions, too, like What s this light do? And Why do I need to have the fan on override?
Finally, I was really impressed with the reception staff when they helped me find filters cheaper online than what they could offer if they brought them. Seemed so thoughtful of saving me money rather than trying to nickel and dime me. (FilterBuy is the place to go for filters, by the way.)

Randy Smith came as scheduled in the morning yesterday, December10, 2018 for our Winter furnace maintenance schedule. He was very courteous and friendly and even put on his booties to cover his shoes when he entered the house. He also explained to me in detail his recommendations how to set up the dampers for winter and summer. To us, that was very important because we want to have the right temperature inside the house that would make us very comfortable. He also explained to me a complete understanding of how the furnace and the AC works when I went up with him in the attic. He even showed me how to adjust the vents to make it more efficient. We highly recommend Randy Smith to anyone who would need service and maintenance with their AC/Furnace unit. Randy showed a lot of Aloha. The initial issue was the AC unit was shorting out the fuse in the furnace. A thorough diagnostic revealed a part on the AC unit was creating the problem. Unfortunately, it took three visits with two different techs needed to ensure the system was running as intended and correctly wired, but they got it done. Very responsive and professional. I would hire them again.

Pyramid was called in due to ac failure after continuous operation on warm days. System continued to run but air at the vents was warm. Pyramid did the original installation of the unit. Response ti e from phone call to service visit about 1-1/2 weeks.
Technician checked Freon pressures and added 1-lb R412. Fee was $306.00. He did not perform any electrical tests.
Will appeared to work ok when daytime temps remained up to the middle 80 s. However during recent warmer days of 90+ system continued its former behavior of shutting down cooling function while still running .
Basically 300 bucks for no improvement. Will call them back to do the job they originally were supposed to have done, then use a different vendor in the future.
