This place is kind, and has always helped me out with my large orders, and the small projects. Product knowledge and materials in stock brings fast success to your projects.

First order was VERY reasonable especially the price on the product. They do not give a price for the shipping (which they should) but my first shipment 30"x3"x3" box was only 12.00 for shipping 3 lbs. I had talked with Customer service online and was told that even if i got a longer rod it would be more to ship (of course because of length) UNLESS i have it cut to under the 30" size. So same box size on second order and only 2 lbs more cost an additional 8.00. This is where companies go wrong. Pricing maybe good but don't take the customer on shipping. They have a INTERNATIONAL shipping account and constantly shipping product out like my business. I could ship the same package back to them for 8.05 and that is scheduling a pick up LIST price on Fed Ex account for 30"x3"x3" is 13.05. So you can see they are making their pricing up in shipping charging whatever they want. You can open a fedex account and have them place it on that account for cheaper. They would sale more if they raised their prices and gave free shipping. I am real curious if i reorder my first or it should be same price but i kinda think it will be different.

There prices are great, and they always gave me a quick response to my request for quotes. Fast turnaround times too, so I could continue moving quickly through my prototype. They also gave me very accurate cuts that were well within their tolerances. Very pleased by there service.

Not happy. Website and google state they are open until 5:00. Arrived at 4:20 to make a purchase. They told me they couldn't help and that will call was only open until 4:30. It was 4:20! Guy was kinda rude and didn't seem like he wanted to help me. I wish the hours thing was more clear. I drove front Rogers to get to this place before they closed. I guess they don't want my money.

We order stuff from these guys all the time for our machine shop. Very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem, and if we did I have no doubt they would make it right immediately. 5 stars for these guys!

Great Company! Found them at a Trade show use them for all our plastic needs in the shop! I wish we did more plastics work
