I wish I could give a negative star. My father coded at home, I had to give him CPR. When the ambulance finally arrived they were very slow in response. In addition to when CPR was turned over to them, the lady completely had the wrong landmark but thank God the paramedics came in and had to yell the proper instruction to the EMT-B. Very distressing. The next recent incident I called EMS because my brother was bleeding from his colostomy, had difficulty breathing and when the EMTs arrived who again were moving with no purpose asked if my brother can walk down from the 3rd floor. Mind you he's bleeding and having trouble breathing. I advised they should come up and assist in addition to observing the amount of blood loss on the floor. I said I'll get him down, smh. Finally one EMT came up to assist. Just take your loved one to the ER yourself.

The customer service is very poor. I had an accident at my former job and was taken to the emergency room by this ambulance service after i regained consciousness and the EMT took all my information he told me that my ambulance charges would be covered by my work place because i was at work when i blocked out. However i called this establishment because i recieved a message that was left on my voicemail from them and was told that I'm owning $250 for ambulance service fee. I explained to the representative what the EMT said to me and also because of this pandemic I'm not working and I'm not sure when I'll be able to go back to work. She was very rude and disrespectful and on top of that she threatened to send my bill into collections right away because of my inability to pay right now inwhich i was told by one of her workers before speaking to her that they where about to send out a second bill and after sending a third bill thats when they would send your account to collections. SMH. While i do understand that your organization provided a service and in return need to get pay this is a crisis that whole while world is facing do show a little empathy to patients we didn't asked for this nobody did.

If i could give them a zero i would. The worst transport service. We have been waiting over three hours. When the finally come to the hospital they decide to pick up another patient instead of the one they were scheduled to pick up. I will never use them again and don't even think about sending me a bill!

Since I'm the POA - Power of Attorney over my mom, I want to make sure I contact Pulse Medical Transportation letting them know my mom has passed on. Well, I wanted to let Pulse know to cancel my mom bills, etc, the person who asking my information was very rude and disrespectful.. Me as a customer, she need to know her phone etiquette.

For transportation from the rehab I did not inform me that they only take very little of my personal belongings. They said the family will have to pick up the other items. This was after I was waiting an hour and a half to be picked up and I had to cancel and call another service

After requesting a ride home after surgery (always remember do NOT sign discharge pprs until you get a ride through SS, hospitals have to make sure you get home safely) This service was called at 10:00 a.m., they said they would be here at 12:30, eh, that's not bad.
12:30 has come and gone, no ride.
1:00 has come no ride
1:30 no ride
I call, the woman sounds as if she turned over in bed to answer phone.
They will be 20-30 minutes late, she says.
NOOOOO, you don't say???
No 20-30 minutes more.
This, my rating.
Atleast, someone answered the phone.

I work for an attorney, and we always work with different medical facilities for different reasons. Pulse has an employee named Beatrice who is by far one of my favorite people to contact. She's always on her "A" game, and is very knowledgeable of her work. Thank u Beatrice for making my experience with pulse an easy one!!!
