Putt Putt Fun Center Review

Go karts,batting cages, and a few games are out of order. The staff almost almost knocked over my children because they were playing around with each other. Tried to purchase putt putt but the employee was to busy watching a movie on his laptop. Run from this place!!!!

Great place to have a good time. Lots to do. It's a good family place.

Went in to use the batting cages, one was not functioning, leaving only one to use between ~6 people. The one that was working started to die after a few uses and would only throw the ball a few feet from the pitching machine, about 6-8 ft short of the plate, even while standing as far forward within the netting as possible.

Great experience. Fun for kids as little as two and as big as 40! They took care of everything. Great place to have a party for a wide age range if guests.

The laser tag was fun and safe my kids had so much fun

We had a great time playing here for my son s Birthday!! Only downside is that they forgot we had booked our party and the room wasn t ready to go at all when we showed up. Everything else was great though even though the rain had the go cart track closed for safety for the day (obviously out of anyone s control). I definitely would recommend this place for parties, just be sure to call the day before to confirm they are still tracking your party.

Always a great time! Staff is extremely friendly. Prices are fair. More than enough to do. Facility is new and clean.

Horrible place! Rude to their customers. First they start being a ripoff and telling lies, then when we leave stick up their middle finger. Don t come here!!

Terrible I lost my card they remember I got thr all day Sunday spectacular and they wouldn't even let me get a new card! I rode 2x when I could've rode 200 :-[

Very fun. Had a party there, and we were entertained for hours.

First time going today and even as an adult, I had a good time! The laser tag room does get kind of hot, there isn't much seating inside, and the "party" room looks super small and probably gets funky quick. Pizza was great and it has a good amount of little games, considering the building itself isn't that large. I would definitely go back though. I'd just bring my own hand sani, but they do have some sanitizing stands around!! Pretty cool!

They are working hard to keep clean and are doing an amazing job...truly enjoyed our visit for my daughters birthday today!

Out with my five nieces and nephew having a great time. Josh and Michael workers of the establishment have shown us nothing but great hospitality and assistance. Great job at making us feel welcome 6 smiley faces and two thumbs up

Went and took grandchild. They did not want to help smaller kids. Did not full cars and such so took longer to ride rides. Said cars were broke or something. It is a riip off. You pay per hour for unlimited. RIP OFF.

Laser tag was only cool thing.. over priced, even arcade is over priced..

Love taking the family here to play games. We always have a good time. The kids love playing Lazer tag. We all like the variety of games that they have and my wife loves that we can also play putt putt, all in one place! Always a friendly & helpful staff. Great for kids birthday parties!

The place is nice, but they have some HR problems there that need to be dealt with. There is a seriously rude and belligerent young lady that works there by the name of Cheyenne. She was hateful as could be to me when I spoke to her about a mistake she had made. Also, when I was purchasing game credits, she was very smart elic with me and nearly made my son cry. Need to get it right putt-putt.

Love it, other than the batting cage and not alot of balls. I suggested having a staff member to go out and retrieve the balls, every hour. Tonight was our 1st time going and definitely won't be the last. Had a great time something for all the family. Would be nice to see maybe a dance game, just a thought.

Great place to spend quality family time. My children had a blast. Staff is extremely child friendly,. patient, and courteous. We would definitely visit again.

Needs some upkeep to continue to justify the cost. It was fun, but the owners need to put some of that money back into the place.

The staff was amazing and nice the rides were awesome the laser tag was everyone's favorite they kept the kids off phones for two days because all they would do is talk about it we loved it

We only did putt putt so I can't comment on other features, but the course was very dirty and poor customer service.

Way Overpriced. Go Cart track is very small, too many people and kids running around aimlessly, putt-putt was so crowded you couldnt even walk around. Two thumbs down, way to fail again Hope Mills. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere!

Bought the one hour unlimited attraction pass with a few coworkers at around 9:50 pm tonight (the place closes at 11pm) we started by riding the go carts and each of our go carts broke down multiple times during the race and our time was cut short because of it and practically got cheated and didn t get to go again. Then, we decided to do laser tag and putt putt and by the time we finished it was about 10:50 pm and we asked one of the team leaders at the putt putt window if it was okay if we did laser tag one more time before they closed for the night he said that was fine and he d get somebody to help us over there. The same guy who helped us the first time was still there at laser tag and obviously had an attitude and didn t want to let us in because they were about to close for the night. During the game my co workers gun wasn t working so he was asking the guy if he could help him and the guy had an attitude once again and was hurrying and huffing at my co worker. I work in the restaurant business and I do understand being tired at the end of the day and wanting to close but hey customers come first. We felt extremely rushed and we were disappointed because we each paid $17 dollars for an hour of stuff that wasn t even worth it..

The mini golf was fun. The arcade was a complete waste. After purchasing credits we got our card to swipe and went to play. Four out of the seven or so games we tried to play wound up being broken in some way; buttons didn't function once in game, air hockey didn't turn on and so on. The ticket grab machines require 4 or more credits for what turns into a child hitting a button once. In hindsight, we should have just played another 18 holes of the mini golf, it seems to be the only thing remotely worth the price.

We always have a great time at the Putt-Putt Fun Center. We love it because it s clean and bright. Their staff members are always kind. And they have a ton of fun things to do for a great price. My son loved his birthday party there today. Would definitely recommend!!!

Fun place to go and let your kids burn off some energy. But it does get busy and the lines get long to ride the go karts.

Fun little place for a date or just to be with the kids, recommend it if you want an hour or two of fun.

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read our experience. Once we purchased our package, we soon realized that the Bumper Boats (Outdoor in water) were not working, had to switch up three times no water was spraying on three units, and one was not working at all, Go Karts were not working in it's entirety, apparently they all broke down at one!! LOL, and only half of the Bumper Karts (Indoor were not available.) My daughter made a summer wish list of things she wants to do, and this was one of them. Lets just say that we will not waste our time or money on this dump moving forwards. The customer service we received was horrible, Manager asked me "What do you want me to do?", "we got Corporate meeting in next room!" All I got was a bunch of excuses. Arcade games were eating credits off card without registering and some of the games functions did not work, for example the double shooter game set up right in the middle of the Arcade Floor shooting Robots, does not reload, Nascar racing game will eat your credits and keep asking to swipe/add coins. For the icing on the cake, as we were leaving, Go Karts were being fueled up and started!! I asked Manager on our way out, our two hour time is over, can my daughter get a Go Kart ride, which was the only reason drove 45 minutes each way. She said no, maintenance is working on it!! Boom Mind Blown!

My son and his friends celebrated his 16th Birthday here and had a Blast! "BEST BIRTHDAY EVER " his words not mine. Lol, but they did have so much fun. They enjoyed the laser tag, putt putt, and go carts the most. I was very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help; definitely was worth the money spent!

Absolutely a waist of time nothing works, bought a card for my daughter for arcade and when we got to the machines they did not work because system was down, asked manager for my money back and she said so I can't swipe your card, even the girl who sold me the card told the manager I just bought it, so now putt putt has just stolen from me and did not even do it with a smile thanks.

I booked my sons birthday and it was great. I highly recommend booking parties here. The pizza was good and the staff was great too. I cannot thank them enough. My guest had a blast playing put put golf and riding the go carts. I will definitely be coming back and telling more people about this fun place.

Putt- Putt was an overall good experience especially for my little ones while on Christmas break. Friendly staff, clean environment, and well organized. The prize selection is a bit pricey as far as how much you can actually get for the amount of tickets you're cashing in. I spent $75.00 on three cards for 2hours. Their favorite was the Bumper cars .

Went to visit this facility yesterday with my son and my mother to celebrate my son's 4th Birthday. We had a blast with the Putt Putt, even though there was a rude group of teenagers behind us the whole time who kept cursing loud enough for my son to over hear. When we went inside to order refreshments, the young woman at the register who on the name tag read "Shift Leader" rang us up for two drinks and then left.. didn't even give us our drinks? We had to chase her down and ask for our drinks, then she rudely made a face and got our drinks. After my son was finished playing VERY expensive arcade games ($1 for throwing a ball at a clown mask?) we were turning our card in (tokens) for a prize and NO ONE offered to help us out- including the young woman who was so rude before. Finally, another young woman who had just walked in and was still putting on her work attire came up and helped us. This facility has the worst customer service we have experienced in a long time. If we come back, it will only be for the putt putt and will completely skip the inside of the facility altogether.

I've been to this place numerous time great CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MIKE AND GENESIS and affordable prices.

Stopped here with my kids while driving down to Florida. Great place! Kids has a blast! Mike at the front desk was really helpful and provided great service. Definitely worthwhile to visit.

I like the video games it does get expensive the laser tag hasn't worked the last two times we've been in we have played miniature golf and it's okay but it can be a lot of fun when you have little kids there it is kind of pricey so bring your wallet

Great fun for the whole family with friendly, efficient service. I had no idea this place existed til I stumbled upon it. Certainly one of the better putt putt facilities I've been to and they have a variety of other activities as well at very reasonable prices.

Very well maintained facilities. They had the proper protection for covid and it was a great family experience.

Small mistake. Took my family and friends for a fun day out. 5 adults and 2 children. Asked for the 2 hour unlimited with 10 dollar game cards. $150 for all of us to play. Cashier was very rude and said i didnt tell her i needed 5 adults and 2 kids. Only charged me 5 adults when the kids are standing right there obviously missing wristbands. Its okay. I swiped my debit card again. Then with a 2 hour time limit, we waited 20 mins for almost every attraction because they were understaffed. Waste of time and money. The games average $1 or more to play each. Kudos to the young men running the lazer tag and go karts. Great manners and were fantastic with the kids! Family advice, find a better way to spend $150. The second star is for the young men only.

Overall a decent place. Went here with a 2 year old and 5 year old. This place isnt made for younger kids. Would have had more fun if they were older. Dont know how to describe the customer service ample staff but i felt like i was an inconvenience. We may be back when they're older.

Poor excuse of ownership a golf ball came over and broke my aunt window to HER House we called putt putt up and that stated their is no way that can happen and we are not responsible and the ball is not our ball but i green golf ball is laying in her bed room

Great facility for kids and fun for the whole family!

Great activities for family and ask for military discount with activity purchases. Kids enjoyed indoor and outdoor activities as well.

Went there today and had lots of fun. The only downfall of it it s that we are charged for time and they should have personnel on the rides at all times, but some of the rides I wanted to go in didn t had no personnel so I had to fetch them or wait for them to come back. As I said you get charged by time and every second counts I understand that the clients shouldn t have to lose time searching for employees because they should have one on post at all times. I worked around that but it was kinda uncomfortable. It s a great place to take your family to.

The kids always have fun at Putt-Putt! There is plenty to do. They have mini golf of course but there is also bumper cars, go carts,bumper boats,an arcade and laser tag. They also have a concession stand to get drinks and food like pizza. You can earn tickets from the arcade to get little prizes. If you have children on the Autism Spectrum or children with sensory sensitivity be prepared with comfort items such as head phones or weighted vest because it can get overwhelming for them. There is a lot of noise, lights and smells. With the proper preparation all kids can have fun. My son (who is Autistic) loves the laser tag and bumper boats especially.

Had an amazing experience here with my family. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the activities we could participate in and their prices. Putt-putt was very fun. The race zone was very safe and exciting. Would recommend for everyone to go and check this place out.
