Went to visit this facility yesterday with my son and my mother to celebrate my son's 4th Birthday. We had a blast with the Putt Putt, even though there was a rude group of teenagers behind us the whole time who kept cursing loud enough for my son to over hear. When we went inside to order refreshments, the young woman at the register who on the name tag read "Shift Leader" rang us up for two drinks and then left.. didn't even give us our drinks? We had to chase her down and ask for our drinks, then she rudely made a face and got our drinks. After my son was finished playing VERY expensive arcade games ($1 for throwing a ball at a clown mask?) we were turning our card in (tokens) for a prize and NO ONE offered to help us out- including the young woman who was so rude before. Finally, another young woman who had just walked in and was still putting on her work attire came up and helped us. This facility has the worst customer service we have experienced in a long time. If we come back, it will only be for the putt putt and will completely skip the inside of the facility altogether.
