Pure Resourcing Solutions Review

Pure helped me into a permanent placement a month ago and I had been very impressed by the service provided throughout the whole process. Paul from the Ipswich office was friendly and helpful and couldn't have made the process any easier. Having dealt with recruitment agencies in the past, I had been left with quite a dim view - often sent copious amounts of irrelevant jobs, clearly so the agency can make their placement fees as quickly and easily as possible. This was not the experience with Pure, they took the time to understand what I wanted, but also the level I should be looking at. If I was ever in the position of needing support in my own job-hunting again, Pure would certainly be top of my list to contact.

I rang up for my friend to ask about office jobs and this lady in the phone was very helpful and asked me to tell my friend to send her CV in. Another good agency that wants to give you their time and help people get job.

I met with Lizzie after ending my 23 years professional aviation experience as an ex military.

I had contact many recruiters with emails, telephone and face to face during 2,5 years in my transitioning time. But nearly none of them gave me any good direction to overcome the challenging times.
Lizzie has been always on track of my background to match with the suitable roles and put forward my transferable skills to companies to increase the chance of getting job. Personally, she is really capable of understanding deeply about the job seekers, their potentials and give importance for their journey.
She also feel responsibility to prepare the job seekers for their interviews - CV with strategic advice and critical points.

She is always positive, raise morale and open in every step of process.

Ryan.M at PRS was very helpful in helping me get a job after graduating uni. They provide more personalized and suitable job suggestions rather than throwing anything that comes up at you, which for me was extremely helpful and overall a great deal better than experiences with other recruiting agencies.

From the moment I was first approached by Chelsey she made an effort to spend time getting to know exactly what I was looking for and found me an interview immediately. I contacted this Agency on 4th September 2018 and was advised to send my CV via email to them. This I did. After a week where I hadn't heard anything I rang them again to find out what had happened. I was informed that my details had been passed on to someone and the person I spoke to couldn't understand why I had not heard anything! She informed me that she would pass on the email (with CV attached) again. It is now Friday 14th September and I still haven't heard anything from anybody! It would have been nice for someone to contact me even if it was just to tell me that they couldn't help me at all.

I would like to stress how impressed I am with Pure Resourcing.

We engaged with Pure Resources a month ago to assist us with recruiting a new member to our IT team. Sophie Nixon acted as our single point of contact from start to finish, and I really got the impression from the off that Sophie understood our requirements perfectly.

I cannot rate PRS highly enough. I was dealing with Paul Sheldrake and the service he gave was like nothing I have experienced from a recruitment agency before! I approached them on a job they were advertising and Paul took the time to ask me questions that were relevant to me. He went on to arrange an interview for me and the support leading up to the interview was invaluable. I was kept up to date every step of the way. I was successful in starting on a new career and I do believe I wouldn't have done so well without the help and guidance I was given. Disappointing experience with Pure after reading such good reviews. Definitely didn't make me feel like they wanted to help and told me I would be better off looking online. Hadn't read the CV I sent over just looked at the job titles and went from there.

Rude, disinterested staff. Never heard from them after taking time to sign up 2 years ago, and I have a great, varied CV. Gone are the days agencies work in your best interest and actually try to match you to a suitable role. Pure is like car sales, only interested in you if they can get their commission.
