ClubRunner was our clubs choice for website. The design is excellent and flexible and has added to the communications of the club. Communications, database, records of past and future activities in story or photo form and the ebulletin are standout benefits to the club and its members. The integration of databases with communications, bulletins, event planning etc. is a great asset.
Support is always quick and helpful.

We've been using ClubRunner for 2 years. For a turnkey program it is a good value for the money. The reduction of "silos" of information and having a single source for data that is web accessible is a must to properly manage a club.

Our Club has been using Clubrunner since 2010, an excellent system for keeping our Club well organised and integrated with Rotary International. The website and ebulletin is easily customised. The whole system is user friendly and easy to learn, support is excellent and very helpful. Why reinvent the 'wheel'!

As a large Rotary Club in the GTA we have a real need to effectively communicate with both our community and our club members.. The Clubrunner website platform allows us to do that in a streamlined manner.

The public profile encourages traffic from the community to find information on our events, fundraising efforts, educational efforts, etc., while the member area in the background allows us to organize our member participation in virtually every club activity.

More than just a website providers these folks really support the charitable drive in our club with an amazing tool to help refine our efforts. High recommend.

our club has recently began using Clubrunner and we are very happy with the program. We will actually go "live" when the new Rotary year begins. The response to questions and requests for help have been answered very quickly and the staff is very helpful. Anticipate having much better communication within our club, especially when planning events and coordinating committee assignments.

Totally satisfied with ClubRunner. As a new webmaster with no previous experience, ClubRunner has been a real pleasure to use and learn from. The support personnel have been great both times I have submitted a "ticket". I very much recommend ClubRunner to any club or webmaster.

Our club has been using Clubrunner for about 3 or 4 years and I love it! I love it since I am in charge of the bulletin and the website which now centers on Clubrunner. The only downside is that many of our members do not use it to it's full intent. Login has been an issue, but we are currently working on holding small workshops before and after meetings to get the members involved. There are so many bells and whistles that it's difficult to learn it all, but there is plenty of time.
So far the ease of attendance, emailing the club as well as the bulletin by far makes this worth every penny.

Our club is relatively young and we've used ClubRunner from our start. I am Past-president and now Secretary, so I have used ClubRunner frequently. I am impressed by the team's responsiveness and the improvements that have been implemented since I first attempted to use the system. I admit to being confounded at times as I learned to use many of the features, but friendly, helpful tech support and new versions have ensured that navigation has gotten easier and more intuitive. I learned to use even more features at a recent Webinar!

I found that a number of the features needed fine tuning. We're entering our second year and are satisfied with ClubRunner but not blown away. Yes, you can add "friends" but the only thing you can do with them is send them your newsletter. If you have an event, they cannot be invited through the CR software. That doesn't make sense; why have friends if you can't invite them to attend your events? I just feel that they need more BETA testing and must be willing to make changes based on that testing.

For those of us to get things out of the box, ClubRunner is flexible, easy to understand full of options and a great tool to synchronise on Club, District and Rotary International level. Sometimes a disadvantage, if the District level use is used as communication tool for all Club-level information.

HELP is around the corner, but sometimes need some peppers to get things going, special during off-season times, like weekends and holidays.

Negative are some "great options/add" only available for extra payment. Internationalisation could be improved. Currency, Language, etc.

Entering the second year of ClubRunner implementation.

Due to some flows in implementation we still use our second website Joomla based for other not available options in ClubRunner. ClubRunner for Members Joomla for visitors.

My club has used clubrunner for the past 2.5 years. In general, it is a great tool for the club and the data integration with the District and with RI has really reduced the Secretary's workload and eliminated having to update membership data in triplicate. It's also a nice tool for organizing membership data, communicating with members, and keeping track of speakers. We regularly use the email feature and are beginning to really use the ebulletin and calendar features. As clubrunner adds additional features, it can only get better.

We have been using Clubrunner for a number of years now. I only wish that I had taken the time sooner to learn my way around it. The tutorials are very helpfull. Since nearly everyone now has an email address, club communications are streamlined.
There is a provision for friends of Rotary which will be very beneficial in the future, as some of our fundraisers are yearly events.

I am not a web designer, but the product currently meets our needs for getting the word out about the things our club does. I download the database, convert it to Excel, and use it for several kinds of list. We us the Birthday report weekly. I make documents available from the website, I change the Banner photo several times a year ( I use Photoshop and layers to make my pictures). I like to be able to display our club officers. I like the calendar. All and all, I think it is a great tool for non-web designers.

ClubRunner is a MUST for all Rotary Clubs! As a Past President and current District Newsletter Editor I cannot speak highly enough about the communication component of this product. From internal Club communication like setting up events, their invitations and registration to the Club Bulletin and email communication between members, and the member profiles which give an opportunity to know each other better, it's all there. For communication between your club (and its members) to other Clubs in your District and District Leaders it's nearly effortless.

Case in point... Imagine your Club is holding a fundraiser, service project or social event and want to get the word out to other Rotarians. With ClubRunner, communication between your Club and other Clubs in your District is as simple as a few key strokes.

The way the Website module is designed you really need little experience to design an effective Club site AND you can have multiple members participate in keeping it fresh and up-to-date because it's easy.

I have been using Club runner for many years both at a club level and a district level.

In short, club runner is the hub that keeps a club connected. It is also our front page for everyone who tries to find us online.

It is easy to use, and the club runner staff are simply fantastic people.

The Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club relies heavily upon the functionality and reliability of ClubRunner and its parent company, Doxess, for managing our 100+ volunteer members. The more our members come to learn of the features found in the system, the more informed and engaged they become, helping us do better work in our community.

From an administration and management standpoint, their back-end intranet is simple, and continually evolves to offer newer and more efficient ways to accomplish repetitive tasks. And, if and when a club member or administrator encounters an issue requiring their support, the CR tech department usually responds within a few hours with a solution to our problem, never letting it go unresolved.

We continue to grow in members, and with it, the sophistication of our needs. We have been very pleased for over 6 years utilizing their system and its various upgrades. ClubRunner is highly recommended by our members and administrator volunteers.

I have launched ClubRunner at both my club and district levels and have been very happy with it over the past 5 years or so. The newest version and enhancements have given us the flexibility to really distinguish our site designs and functionality from other Rotary sites and the ease of the editing tools and architecture make it accessible to all club members, even those with little computer experience. I've worked with a lot of website editors, and this one is one of the best in ease of use coupled with a wide range of functions. One of the best parts of CR is its integration with both the District and RI databases, really saving club officers or their designees tons of time doing redundant reporting. The canned reports are extremely helpful as well. I recommend CR with no reservations to any club looking to move from a homegrown site, or establish a website presence for their club.

Our club has been using clubrunner for quite a few years. It is an excellent communication tool and it is being used more and more by our members. I like the event planner section, the bulletin and the online invoicing to name a few.

It sure would be nice to able to load larger files like PowerPoint presentations. My work around is to upload such a file to a server like Google Drive or Drop Box, which is a lot of work that could be avoided, if we were allowed to upload larger files.

tt have been using ClubRunner for 4 years and I am impressed with the many upgrades. Things that used to be difficult and now easy. The customization that is now possible makes it possible to have a very attractive website without the expense of a web designer. I see clubs that make the mistake of wanting a great looking website, but they don't realize that it is the constant input of content that makes for visits to a club website. ClubRunner is also more than just a website. It is a total club management tool. Because it is web based, it is available to everyone in the club. Because the levels of access can be controlled, there is security, yet provision for many officers to use the various functions. The email function and the newsletter are the functions that our club uses the most. Both of these make it easy to reach all club members because everyone (except 1 92 yr old man) now has email. For the cost, I don't think you could get a better value.
