I met with Lizzie after ending my 23 years professional aviation experience as an ex military.

I had contact many recruiters with emails, telephone and face to face during 2,5 years in my transitioning time. But nearly none of them gave me any good direction to overcome the challenging times.
Lizzie has been always on track of my background to match with the suitable roles and put forward my transferable skills to companies to increase the chance of getting job.
