Came to PURE to hire a tripod and batteries under their 'Auckland Camera Hire' name for a music video shoot I was doing. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS, how I was treated as a customer. Very UNRELIABLE, would STAY AWAY: I was told I could pick up the gear at 7am. When I arrived, the person there did not know about my order and the gear was not ready. He called up the manager who came running in after 10 minutes, saying he'd forgotten about me. Now being 20 minutes late, I told him I was unhappy about the service. For this he accused me of 'acting smart' and then would not allow me to rent the equipment telling me to leave. I was left to fractically find other equipment for the day.
